Abstract:
(EN) The purpose is to provide gelatin particles easily taken up by cells themselves that are gelatin particles crosslinked without using a crosslinking agent, and a method for producing such gelatin particles. The invention pertains to gelatin particles having a particle size of from 0.010-5.0 μm in which the gelatin that constitutes part of the particles is self-crosslinking. These gelatin particles can be produced by ejecting droplets of a liquid including molten gelatin into air in a heating tube or a drying chamber and drying to form gelatin in the shape of particles, setting the difference between the temperature in the heating tube or drying chamber and the temperature of the liquid at this time at 235°C or less, and crosslinking the gelatin formed in the shape of particles.
(FR) L’invention vise à fournir des particules de gélatine facilement absorbées par des cellules elles-mêmes qui sont des particules de gélatine réticulée sans utilisation d'agent de réticulation, et un procédé de production de telles particules de gélatine. L'invention concerne des particules de gélatine ayant une taille de particule de 0,010 à 5,0 µm, dans lesquelles la gélatine qui constitue une partie des particules est auto-réticulable. Ces particules de gélatine peuvent être produites par l'éjection de gouttelettes d'un liquide comprenant de la gélatine fondue dans l'air dans un tube de chauffage ou une chambre de séchage et le séchage pour former une gélatine sous forme de particules, le réglage de la différence entre la température dans le tube de chauffage ou la chambre de séchage et la température du liquide à cet instant à 235 °C ou moins, et la réticulation de la gélatine sous forme de particules.
(JA) 架橋剤を用いずに架橋させたゼラチン粒子であって、細胞自らによる取り込みがなされやすいゼラチン粒子、およびそのようなゼラチン粒子の製造方法の提供を目的とする。本発明は、粒子径が0.010μm以上5.0μm以下であって、粒子を構成するゼラチンが自己架橋している、ゼラチン粒子に関する。このゼラチン粒子は、溶融したゼラチンを含む液体の液滴を加熱管または乾燥室の中で空気中に吐出して乾燥させてゼラチンを粒子状に形成し、このとき加熱管または乾燥室の中の温度と、液体との温度差を235℃以下とし、さらに、粒子状に形成されたゼラチンを架橋させることで、製造可能である。
