Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a fluorine-containing monomer having excellent water repellency and oil repellency that can be dissolved in common organic solvents such as hydrocarbon solvents, and a method for producing the same. A carboxylic acid ester compound having a polymerizable functional group and a fluorine atom group represented by the following general formula. CaF2a+1O-(CbF2bO)c-C2F4COOR Also, a method for producing the carboxylic acid ester compound characterized by reacting any one of an isocyanurate derivative having an end hydroxyl group, a phthalic acid derivative, and a cycloalkane dialcohol-modified (meth)acrylate, with a perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid halide.
(FR) L'invention concerne un monomère contenant du fluor présentant de remarquables propriétés hydrofuges et oléofuges et qui est soluble dans les solvants organiques courants tels que les solvants hydrocarbonés, ainsi que son procédé de production. L'invention concerne donc un composé d'ester d'acide carboxylique comportant un groupe fonctionnel polymérisable et un groupe d'atomes de fluor et qui est représenté par la formule générale suivante. CaF2a+1O-(CbF2bO)c-C2F4COOR. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production du composé d'ester d'acide carboxylique caractérisé par la réaction d'un composé quelconque parmi un dérivé d'isocyanurate comportant un groupe hydroxyle terminal, un dérivé d'acide phtalique et un (méth)acrylate modifié par un dialcool de cycloalcane, avec un halogénure d'acide carboxylique de perfluoropolyéther.
(JA) 炭化水素系溶媒などの汎用有機溶媒に溶解させることが可能であり、撥水撥油性にも優れた含フッ素モノマーとその製造方法を提供する。下記一般式で表される、重合性官能基とフッ素原子団とを有するカルボン酸エステル化合物である。 C2a+1O-(C2bO)-CCOOR また、末端水酸基を有するイソシアヌレート誘導体、フタル酸誘導体およびシクロアルカンジアルコール変性(メタ)アクリレートのいずれかと、パーフルオロポリエーテルカルボン酸ハライドとを反応させることを特徴とする前記カルボン酸エステル化合物の製造方法である。
