Abstract:
(EN) A threaded joint for a pipe is provided which has excellent misalignment resistance and suitable shoulder ring torque, and which further has excellent corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion to a solid lubricant film; also provided is a manufacturing method of said threaded joint for a pipe. This threaded joint for a pipe is provided with a pin (13) and a box (14). The pin (13) and the box (14) have a contact surface that includes a thread portion (15) and (20) and an unthreaded metal contact portion. Disposed on the contact surface of the pin (13) and/or of the box (14), the threaded joint for a pipe comprises an alloy plating layer (21) of a Zn-Ni alloy, a phosphate film (22), and a solid lubricant film (23). The alloy plating layer (21), the phosphate film (22) and the solid lubricant film (23) are laminated in that order from the contact surface side.
(FR) L’invention fournit un joint à vis pour tube et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci, lequel joint à vis présente une excellente résistance au désalignement et un couple de bague d’épaulement adéquat, et présente une résistance à la corrosion et une adhérence d’un film lubrifiant solide qui sont excellentes. Selon un mode de réalisation de l’invention, le joint à vis pour tube est équipé d’un filetage mâle (13) et d’un filetage femelle (14). Le filetage mâle (13) et le filetage femelle (14) sont équipés de parties filetées (15, 20), et de surfaces de contact possédant une partie contact métallique sans filetage. Le joint à vis pour tube est équipé d’une couche de placage en alliage (21) constituée d’un alliage Zn-Ni, d’un film de phosphate (22), et d’un film lubrifiant solide (23), sur au moins une surface de contact du filetage mâle (13) et du filetage femelle (14). Ces derniers sont stratifiés dans l’ordre couche de placage en alliage (21), film de phosphate (22), et film lubrifiant solide (23), depuis le côté surfaces de contact.
(JA) 優れた耐ミスアライメント性及び適切なショルダリングトルクを有しさらに、優れた耐食性及び優れた固体潤滑被膜の密着性を有する管用ねじ継手及びその製造方法を提供する。本実施形態の管用ねじ継手は、ピン(13)及びボックス(14)を備える。ピン(13)及びボックス(14)は、ねじ部(15)及び(20)及びねじ無し金属接触部を有する接触表面を備える。管用ねじ継手は、ピン(13)及びボックス(14)の少なくとも一方の接触表面上に、Zn-Ni合金からなる合金めっき層(21)と、燐酸塩被膜(22)と、固体潤滑被膜(23)とを備える。これらは、接触表面側から、合金めっき層(21)、燐酸塩被膜(22)及び固体潤滑被膜(23)の順で積層する。
