(JA) 金属帯の安定装置および溶融めっき金属帯の製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a metal band stabilizing device capable of effectively performing metal band vibration control and position correction even when the metal band stabilizing device cannot be provided near the site where metal band vibration and position should be controlled; and a method for manufacturing hot-dip metal bands using said stabilizing device. The metal band stabilizing device is characterized in that: the metal band stabilizing device is provided with a contactless displacement sensor, a control unit, a first electromagnet and a second electromagnet; the number N1 of windings of the first electromagnet is less than the number N2 of windings of the second electromagnet; and from the site where vibrations of the metal band are controlled and position is corrected with the first electromagnet and the second electromagnet, the electromagnets and the contactless displacement sensor are disposed in a row with the first electromagnet, the contactless displacement sensor, and the second electromagnet in said order in the metal band conveyance direction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un dispositif de stabilisation de bande métallique permettant d’effectuer efficacement une commande de vibration et une correction de position de bande métallique même lorsque le dispositif de stabilisation de bande métallique ne peut pas être disposé à proximité du site où la vibration et la position de la bande métallique doivent être contrôlées ; et un procédé de fabrication de bandes métalliques à chaud au moyen dudit dispositif de stabilisation. Le dispositif de stabilisation de bande métallique est caractérisé en ce que : le dispositif de stabilisation de bande métallique est pourvu d'un capteur de déplacement sans contact, une unité de commande, un premier électro-aimant et un deuxième électro-aimant ; le nombre N1 d'enroulements du premier électro-aimant est inférieur au nombre N2 d’enroulements du deuxième électro-aimant ; et depuis le site où les vibrations de la bande métallique sont contrôlées et la position est corrigée avec le premier électro-aimant et le deuxième électro-aimant, les électro-aimants et le capteur de déplacement sans contact sont disposés dans une rangée avec le premier électro-aimant, le capteur de déplacement sans contact, et le deuxième électro-aimant dans ledit ordre dans la direction de transport de bande métallique.
(JA) 金属帯の振動および位置を制御すべき箇所の近傍に、金属帯の安定装置を設けられない場合にも、金属帯の振動抑制および位置矯正を効果的に行える金属帯の安定装置および当該安定装置を用いて溶融めっき金属帯を製造する方法を提供する。 非接触変位センサと、制御部と、第1の電磁石と、第2の電磁石と、を備え、第1の電磁石の巻き数N1は、前記第2の電磁石の巻き数N2よりも小さく、第1の電磁石及び第2の電磁石で前記金属帯の振動を抑制し位置を矯正する箇所から金属帯搬送方向に、前記電磁石及び非接触変位センサが、前記第1の電磁石、前記非接触変位センサ、前記第2の電磁石の順で並べて配置されることを特徴とする金属帯の安定装置とする。
