Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a hydroponic culture method for a plant whereby the plant can be cultured over a long period of time in a high salinity environment. The hydroponic culture method for a plant in a high salinity environment comprises a culture step for hydroponically culturing the plant in a culture solution having a sodium chloride concentration of 1 mass% or more, wherein a treatment for imparting salt tolerance, said treatment comprising contacting at least a part of the roots of the plant with a salt tolerance-imparting agent, is performed once or more in the course of the culture step to thereby maintain the salt tolerance of the plant.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de culture hydroponique pour une plante où la plante peut être cultivée pendant une longue durée dans un environnement à haute salinité. Le procédé de culture hydroponique pour une plante dans un environnement à haute salinité comprend une étape de culture permettant de cultiver de façon hydroponique la plante dans une solution de culture ayant une concentration massique de chlorure de sodium de 1 % ou plus, où un traitement pour conférer une tolérance au sel, ledit traitement consistant à mettre en contact au moins une partie des racines de la plante avec un agent conférant une tolérance au sel, est effectué au moins une fois au cours de l'étape de culture pour maintenir ainsi la tolérance au sel de la plante.
(JA) 高塩濃度環境下での植物体の長期間栽培を可能とするための、植物体の水耕栽培方法を提供する。植物体を、塩化ナトリウム濃度が1質量%以上である栽培用溶液で水耕栽培する栽培工程を有し、前記栽培工程の途中で1回又は2回以上、前記植物体の根の少なくとも一部に耐塩付与剤を接触させる耐塩性付与処理を行うことによって前記植物体の耐塩性を維持する、高塩環境下における植物の水耕栽培方法。
