Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an electric wire protection material (1) which is capable of suppressing the occurrence of cracking and bulging of a resin coating film and separation of the resin coating film from a metal pipe for a long period of time; and a wiring harness which comprises this electric wire protection material (1). This electric wire protection material (1) comprises: a metal pipe (2) into which an electric wire is inserted; and a resin coating film (3) which covers the outer surface of the metal pipe (2). The resin coating film (3) satisfies at least one of the conditions such that the glass transition temperature is 40°C or more and the water vapor transmission coefficient is 260 g⋅mm/m2⋅ 24 hr or less, while having a thickness of 30 μm or more.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un matériau de protection de fil électrique (1) qui peut supprimer l'apparition d'un fendillement et d'un gonflement d'un film de revêtement en résine et la séparation du film de revêtement en résine d'avec un tuyau métallique pendant une longue durée; et un faisceau de fils qui comprend ce matériau de protection de fil électrique (1). Ce matériau de protection de fil électrique (1) comprend : un tuyau métallique (2) dans lequel est inséré un fil électrique; et un film de revêtement en résine (3) qui recouvre la surface externe du tuyau métallique (2). Le film de revêtement en résine (3) satisfait au moins l'une des conditions de telle sorte que la température de transition vitreuse est supérieure ou égale à 40 °C et le coefficient de transmission de vapeur d'eau est de 260 g⋅mm/m2⋅24 heures au maximum, tout en ayant une épaisseur d'au moins 30 μm.
(JA) 長期間に亘って樹脂塗膜の割れや膨れ、金属パイプからの剥離の発生を抑制できる電線保護部材(1)及び電線保護部材(1)を有するワイヤーハーネスを提供する。電線保護部材(1)は、電線が挿通される金属パイプ(2)と、金属パイプ(2)の外表面を覆う樹脂塗膜(3)とを有している。樹脂塗膜(3)は、ガラス転移点が40℃以上、及び、水蒸気透過係数が260g・mm/m2・24hr以下のうち少なくとも一方を満たしており、厚さが30μm以上である。
