Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a crimp jig and a method of manufacturing an electric wire having a terminal, for which a terminal provided with a bottom plate part and a pair of wire barrels extending out to the side from the bottom plate part are crimped on a core wire exposed at the end of the electric wire. Included are a step of placing the core wire on the bottom plate part, and a step of winding the wire barrels on the core wire and performing crimping using the crimp jig. The crimp jig is provided with a first jig having a placement surface on which the bottom plate part and core wire are placed, and a second jig having a curved surface curved by the wire barrels being clamped between the placement surfaces. In the the placement surfaces, the area in which the wire barrels are placed in the extension direction in which the electric wire extends is provided with a mountain-shaped part for which the center part in the extension direction swells toward the bottom plate part, and the area facing the mountain shaped part of the curved surface is provided with a hollow part clamping the wire barrels along the mountain shaped part between the mountain shaped parts.
(FR) L'invention concerne un gabarit de sertissage et un procédé de fabrication d'un fil électrique pourvu d'une borne, dans lequel une borne pourvue d'une partie plaque inférieure et une paire de douilles de fil s'étendant à l'extérieur sur le côté à partir de la partie plaque inférieure sont serties sur un fil central découvert à l'extrémité du fil électrique. Ce procédé comprend une étape consistant à placer le fil central sur la partie plaque inférieure, et une étape d'enroulement des douilles de fil sur le fil central et de sertissage au moyen du gabarit de sertissage. Le gabarit de sertissage comprend un premier gabarit comportant une surface de placement sur laquelle sont placées la partie plaque inférieure, et un deuxième gabarit comportant une surface incurvée par le serrage des douilles de fil entre les surfaces de placement. Sur les surfaces de placement, la zone dans laquelle sont placées les douilles de fil dans le sens de l'extension du fil électrique comprend une partie en forme de montagne dont la partie centrale dans le sens d'extension gonfle en direction de la partie plaque inférieure, et la zone faisant face à la partie en forme de montagne de la surface incurvée comporte une partie creuse serrant les douilles de fil le long de la partie en forme de montagne, entre les parties en forme de montagne.
