Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a liquid-crystalline resin composition for camera modules which is for producing camera module components that are less apt to suffer fluffing, are excellent in terms of low dusting property, and are inhibited from warping. The liquid-crystalline resin composition for camera modules according to the present invention comprises (A) a liquid-crystalline resin, (B) a granular filler, and (C) an epoxidized copolymer, wherein the content of component (A) is 35-79 mass%, the content of component (B) is 20-60 mass%, and the content of component (C) is 1-5 mass%. In the composition, the component (B) has an average primary-particle diameter of 5 µm or smaller, and the number of aggregates each having a particle diameter of 10 µm or larger is 5 or less per 0.1 mm2 of the cross-sectional area.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de résine à cristaux liquides pour modules de caméra qui sert à produire des composants de module de caméra qui sont moins susceptibles de subir une formation de flocons, sont excellents en termes de propriété faible de formation de poussière, et qui ne gauchissent pas. La composition de résine à cristaux liquides pour modules de caméra selon la présente invention comprend (A) une résine à cristaux liquides, (B) une charge granuleuse, et (C) un copolymère époxydé, la teneur du composant (A) étant de 35 à 79 % en masse, la teneur du composant (B) étant de 20 à 60 % en masse, et la teneur du composant (C) étant de 1 à 5 % en masse. Dans la composition, le composant (B) présente un diamètre moyen des particules primaires de 5 µm ou moins, et le nombre d'agrégats ayant chacun un diamètre de particule de 10 µm ou plus est de 5 ou moins pour 0,1 mm2 de la surface transversale.
(JA) 表面が起毛しにくく、低発塵性に優れ、そり変形が抑制されたカメラモジュール用部品を製造するための、カメラモジュール用液晶性樹脂組成物を提供する。本発明に係るカメラモジュール用液晶性樹脂組成物は、(A)液晶性樹脂、(B)粒状充填剤、及び(C)エポキシ基含有共重合体を含有し、(A)成分の含有量が35~79質量%、(B)成分の含有量が20~60質量%、(C)成分の含有量が1~5質量%であり、(B)成分の平均一次粒子径が5μm以下であり、粒子径10μm以上の凝集体の数が断面積0.1mm当たり5個以下である。
