Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing macromolecular hyaluronic acid. More specifically, a method for producing hyaluronic acid is provided, which comprises a step of culturing a microorganism capable of producing hyaluronic acid in a culture medium having a salt concentration of 2 to 5 w/v% inclusive or 0.2 to 0.9 mol/L inclusive.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'acide hyaluronique macromoléculaire. Plus spécifiquement, un procédé de production d'acide hyaluronique, qui comprend une étape de culture d'un microorganisme capable de produire un acide hyaluronique dans un milieu de culture ayant une concentration en sel de 2 à 5% en poids/volume inclus ou 0,2 à 0,9 mol/L inclus.
