Abstract:
(EN) The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a conductive triaxial woven structure, whereon a plurality of electronic devices having a light receiving function or light emitting function can be mounted with high quality and which has light weight, superior bending and tensile strength, flexibility, and shape retention. This conductive triaxial woven structure (1) is woven with: a plurality of conductive lines (2, 3) arranged in parallel at a prescribed small interval; a plurality of first insulating lines (4) arranged in parallel at a prescribed small interval equal to the previous prescribed small interval and crossing at a crossing angle of 60° with the plurality of conductive lines (2, 3); and a plurality of second insulating lines (5) arranged in parallel at a prescribed small interval equal to the previous prescribed small interval and crossing at a crossing angle of 60° with the plurality of conductive lines (2, 3) and the plurality of first insulating lines (4). The conductive triaxial woven structure (1) has a plurality of regular hexagonal shaped meshes (6) formed by the plurality of conductive lines (2, 3), the plurality of first insulating lines (4), and the plurality of second insulating lines (5).
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir une structure tissée triaxiale conductrice, sur laquelle il est possible d'effectuer un montage de grande qualité d'une pluralité de dispositifs électroniques ayant une fonction de réception de lumière ou une fonction d'émission de lumière, et qui présente des propriétés de poids léger, de flexion et résistance à la traction supérieures, de flexibilité et de rétention de forme. Cette structure tissée triaxiale conductrice (1) est tissée avec : une pluralité de lignes conductrices (2, 3) disposées en parallèle selon un petit intervalle prescrit ; une pluralité de premières lignes d'isolation (4) disposées en parallèle, selon un petit intervalle prescrit égal au petit intervalle prescrit précédent, et se croisant à un angle de croisement de 60° avec la pluralité de lignes conductrices (2, 3) ; et une pluralité de secondes lignes d'isolation (5) disposées en parallèle selon un petit intervalle prescrit égal au petit intervalle prescrit précédent, et se croisant à un angle de croisement de 60° avec la pluralité de lignes conductrices (2, 3) et la pluralité de premières lignes d'isolation (4). La structure tissée triaxiale conductrice (1) comprend une pluralité de mailles de forme hexagonale régulière (6) formées par la pluralité de lignes conductrices (2, 3), la pluralité de premières lignes d'isolation (4) et la pluralité de secondes lignes d'isolation (5).
(JA) 発明が解決しようとする課題は、軽量で曲げや引張り強度に優れ、柔軟性と形態安定性を有し、受光機能または発光機能を有する複数の電子デバイスを高品質に搭載可能な導電性三軸織物構造体を提供することである。本発明の導電性三軸織物構造体(1)は、所定小間隔おきに平行に配列された複数の導電線(2,3)と、前記所定小間隔と等しい所定小間隔おきに平行に配列され且つ前記複数の導電線(2,3)と60度の交差角で交差する複数の第1絶縁線(4)と、前記所定小間隔と等しい所定小間隔おきに平行に配列され且つ前記複数の導電線(2,3)及び前記複数の第1絶縁線(4)と60度の交差角で交差する複数の第2絶縁線(5)とを製織した導電性三軸織物構造体であって、複数の導電線(2,3)と複数の第1絶縁線(4)と複数の第2絶縁線(5)とで形成された複数の正六角形メッシュ(6)を有する。
