Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the invention is to effectively prevent or suppress, in a gas cooler, drain water from flowing outside. This gas cooler 1 comprises a casing 3, a cooling unit 13, a seal plate 15, an inlet 31, an outlet 33, and a drain scatter-preventing member 41. The cooling unit 13 is housed inside the casing 3 and cools gas. The seal plate 15 is provided to the cooling unit 13 and partitions the inside of the casing 3 into: an upper space 27 in which gas before passing the cooling unit 13 flows; and a bottom space 28 in which gas after passing the cooling unit 13 flows. Gas is introduced from the inlet 31 to the upper space 27, and the gas is discharged from the bottom space 28 via the outlet 33. The drain scatter-preventing member 41 is arranged in the bottom space 28, and permits the passage of gas and collects drain water.
(FR) L'invention concerne la prévention ou la suppression, de manière efficace, dans un refroidisseur de gaz, de l'écoulement vers l'extérieur d'eau de drainage. Le refroidisseur de gaz (1) selon l'invention comprend un boîtier (3), une unité de refroidissement (13), une plaque d'étanchéité (15), une entrée (31), une sortie (33) et un élément de prévention de dispersion de drain (41). L'unité de refroidissement (13) est logée à l'intérieur du boîtier (3) et refroidit le gaz. La plaque d'étanchéité (15) est prévue sur l'unité de refroidissement (13) et divise l'intérieur du boîtier (3) en : un espace supérieur (27) dans lequel s'écoule le gaz avant de passer dans l'unité de refroidissement (13) ; et un espace inférieur (28) dans lequel s'écoule le gaz après son passage dans l'unité de refroidissement (13). Le gaz est introduit depuis l'entrée (31) dans l'espace supérieur (27), et le gaz est évacué de l'espace inférieur (28) par le biais de la sortie (33). L'élément de prévention de dispersion de drain (41) est disposé dans l'espace inférieur (28), permet le passage du gaz et collecte l'eau de drainage.
(JA) ガスクーラにおいて外部へのドレン水の流出を効果的に防止ないし抑制する。ガスクーラ1は、ケーシング3、冷却部13、シールプレート15、導入口31、導出口33、及びドレン飛散防止部材41を備える。冷却部13は、ケーシング3の内部に収容され、ガスを冷却する。シールプレート15は、冷却部13に設けられ、ケーシング3の内部を、冷却部13を通過前のガスが流れる上部空間27と、冷却部13を通過後のガスが流れる底部空間28とに区間するする。導入口31から上部空間27にガスが導入され、導出口33より底部空間28からガスが導出される。ドレン飛散防止部材41は、底部空間28に配置され、ガスの通過は許容するが、ドレン水を捕集する。
