Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: a polyolefin microporous membrane suited for providing a uniform thickness of porous layer; and a battery separator comprising the polyolefin microporous membrane provided with a uniform thickness of porous layer, and suited for increasing battery capacity. The battery separator comprises a polyolefin microporous membrane whereof the variation width of an F25 value in the length direction is 1 MPa or less, and, on at least one surface thereof, a porous layer containing a fluorine resin and an inorganic particle and having an average thickness T(ave) of 1 to 5 μm. (Here, F25 value represents the value from the division, by the test piece cross section, of the load value when the test piece has been stretched 25% using a tensile tester.)
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une membrane microporeuse en polyoléfine qui convient pour donner une épaisseur uniforme de couche poreuse ; et un séparateur de batterie comprenant la membrane microporeuse en polyoléfine présentant une épaisseur uniforme de couche poreuse et qui convient pour augmenter la capacité de la batterie. Le séparateur de batterie comprend une membrane microporeuse en polyoléfine dont la largeur de variation d'une valeur F25 dans le sens de la longueur est égale ou inférieure à 1 MPa et, sur au moins une surface de ce dernier, une couche poreuse contenant une résine fluorée et une particule inorganique et présentant une épaisseur moyenne T(moy) comprise entre 1 et 5 μm. (Ici, la valeur F25 représente la valeur de la division, par la section transversale de la pièce de test, de la valeur de charge lorsque la pièce de test a été étirée de 25 % en utilisant un dynamomètre).
(JA) 本発明によれば、多孔層の厚みを均一に設けるのに適したポリオレフィン微多孔膜及び前記ポリオレフィン微多孔膜に多孔層の厚みを均一に設けた、電池の高容量化に適した電池用セパレータを提供する。長さ方向におけるF25値の変動幅が1MPa以下であるポリオレフィン微多孔膜と、その少なくとも片面に、フッ素系樹脂と無機粒子を含み、平均厚みT(ave)が1~5μmの多孔層を設けた電池用セパレータ。(ここで、F25値とは引張試験機を用いて試験片が25%伸びた時の荷重値を試験片の断面積で除した値を表す。)
