Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for controlling a high-pressure fuel supplying pump, which is capable of effectively reducing noise generated when an electromagnetic suction valve is opened; and a high-pressure fuel supplying pump employing the same. The method controls the high-pressure fuel supplying pump provided with: a suction valve 30 that is disposed at the suction side of a pressurizing chamber 11; a rod 35 that urges the suction valve 30 in the valve opening direction; and an anchor 36 that is drawn by a magnetic attraction force generated by energization of a solenoid and moves the rod 35 in the valve closing direction, wherein when the anchor 36 moves in the valve opening direction, a first drive current is applied to the solenoid for a predetermined time period, and then, a second drive current, which is greater than the first drive current, is applied to the solenoid for a predetermined time period, whereby the abovementioned purpose can be achieved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande d'une pompe d'alimentation en carburant haute pression, qui est capable de réduire efficacement le bruit généré lorsqu'une vanne d'aspiration électromagnétique est ouverte, ainsi qu'une pompe d'alimentation en carburant haute pression utilisant celui-ci. Le procédé commande la pompe d'alimentation en carburant haute pression qui comporte : une vanne d'aspiration (30) qui est disposée du côté aspiration d'une chambre de pressurisation (11); une tige (35) qui pousse la vanne d'aspiration (30) dans le sens de l'ouverture de la vanne; et un élément d'ancrage (36) qui est entraîné par une force d'attraction magnétique générée par la mise sous tension d'un solénoïde et déplace la tige (35) dans le sens de fermeture de la vanne. Lorsque l'élément d'ancrage (36) se déplace dans le sens de l'ouverture de la vanne, un premier courant d'excitation est appliqué au solénoïde pendant une durée prédéterminée, puis un deuxième courant d'excitation, qui est supérieur au premier courant d'excitation, est appliqué au solénoïde pendant une durée prédéterminée, ce qui permet d'atteindre l'objectif visé mentionné ci-dessus.
(JA) 本発明の目的は、電磁式の吸入弁の開弁時に発生する騒音を効果的に低減できる高圧燃料供給ポンプの制御方法およびそれを用いた高圧燃料供給ポンプを提供することにある。 加圧室11の吸入側に配置される吸入弁30と、前記吸入弁30を開弁方向に付勢するロッド35と、ソレノイドが通電されることで生じる磁気吸引力により吸引され前記ロッド35を閉弁方向に移動させるアンカー36とを備えた高圧燃料供給ポンプの制御方法において、前記アンカー36が開弁方向に移動する際に第1駆動電流を所定時間、前記ソレノイドに流した後に、前記第1駆動電流よりも大きい第2駆動電流を所定時間、前記ソレノイドに流すことで実現できる。
