Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide hybrid construction machinery wherein an energy storage device is warmed up quickly and the lifespan of the energy storage device can be improved. Provided is hybrid construction machinery comprising an electric motor that supplements power from the motor and generates power, an energy storage device that transfers energy with the electric motor, a warming circuit that circulates a heating medium in the vicinity of the energy storage device, and a control device 11 that controls the circulation of the heating medium in the warming circuit, wherein: the hybrid construction machinery comprises an on-board equipment state detection unit 1a, 16A, 19, 33, 34, 51, 60-62 that detects the state of on-board equipment in order to estimate the power demand of the on-board equipment on the energy storage device; and the control device 11 controls the circulation of the heating medium on the basis of the temperature of the energy storage device and a determination temperature for determining whether the heating medium in the warming circuit is to be circulated, and changes the determination temperature in accordance with the detection results of the on-board equipment state detection unit.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de proposer une machinerie de construction hybride dans laquelle un dispositif de stockage d'énergie est chauffé rapidement et la durée de vie du dispositif de stockage d'énergie peut être améliorée. La présente invention concerne une machinerie de construction hybride qui comprend un moteur électrique qui supplémente l'énergie du moteur et produit de l'énergie, un dispositif de stockage d'énergie qui transfère l'énergie au moteur électrique, un circuit de réchauffage qui fait circuler un milieu chauffant dans le voisinage du dispositif de stockage d'énergie, et un système de commande (11) qui commande la circulation du milieu chauffant dans le circuit de réchauffage. La machinerie de construction hybride comprend une unité de détection d'état d'équipement embarqué (1a, 16A, 19,33, 34, 51, 60-62) qui détecte l'état d'équipement embarqué afin d'estimer la demande en énergie de l'équipement embarqué sur le dispositif de stockage d'énergie; et le système de commande (11) commande la circulation du milieu chauffant en fonction de la température du dispositif de stockage d'énergie et une température de détermination pour déterminer si le milieu chauffant dans le circuit de réchauffage doit circuler, et change la température de détermination conformément aux résultats de détection de l'unité de détection d'état d'équipement embarqué.
(JA) 本発明の目的は,蓄電装置を迅速に暖機すると共に,蓄電装置の寿命を向上させることができるハイブリッド式建設機械を提供することにある。原動機の動力の補助及び発電を行う電動機と、電動機との間で電力の授受を行う蓄電装置と、加温媒体を蓄電装置の近傍に循環する暖機回路と、暖機回路の加温媒体の循環を制御する制御装置11とを備えるハイブリッド式建設機械において、蓄電装置に対する搭載機器の要求出力を推定するために搭載機器の状態を検出する搭載機器状態検出部1a,16A,19,33,34,51,60~62を備え、制御装置11は、蓄電装置の温度と暖機回路の加温媒体を循環させるか否かを判定する判定温度とに基づいて加温媒体の循環を制御すると共に、搭載機器状態検出部における検出結果に応じて判定温度を変更する。
