Abstract:
(EN) A stator equipped with a stator core having multiple slots, a stator coil formed by connecting multiple segment conductors, and insulating members having an insulating property. The segment conductors have slot parts arranged inside the slots, and slanted parts outside of the slots and slanting from the slot parts. The insulating members have a first insulating part mounted on the stator core and arranged at the side of the slot parts, and multiple second insulating parts extending in the axial direction from the first insulating part and provided along the radial direction of the stator core. The second insulating parts insulate between adjacent segment conductors at the coil ends.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un stator équipé d'un noyau de stator ayant de multiples fentes, une bobine de stator formée par connexion de multiples conducteurs segmentés, et des éléments isolants ayant une propriété isolante. Les conducteurs segmentés présentent des parties de fente disposées à l'intérieur des fentes, et des parties inclinées à l'extérieur des fentes et s'inclinant depuis les parties de fente. Les éléments isolants présentent une première partie isolante montée sur le noyau de stator et disposée sur le côté des parties de fente, et de multiples secondes parties isolantes s'étendant dans la direction axiale depuis la première partie isolante et agencées le long de la direction radiale du noyau de stator. Les secondes parties isolantes isolent entre des conducteurs segmentés adjacents au niveau des extrémités de bobine.
(JA) 固定子は、複数のスロットを有する固定子鉄心、複数のセグメント導体が接続されてなる固定子コイル、および絶縁性を有する絶縁部材を備えた固定子であって、セグメント導体は、スロットの内側に配置されるスロット部と、スロットの外側でスロット部から傾斜する傾斜部を有し、絶縁部材は、固定子鉄心に装着され、スロット部の側方に配置される第1絶縁部と、第1絶縁部から軸方向に延在し、固定子鉄心の径方向に沿って複数設けられる第2絶縁部とを有し、第2絶縁部により、コイルエンドにおいて隣接するセグメント導体間を絶縁する。
