Abstract:
(EN) The present invention can achieve energy conservation by carrying out recycle control even when an abnormality occurs in a pressure sensor of a hydraulic actuator. The present invention is provided with: a hydraulic pump (41b) that supplies pressure oil to a second hydraulic actuator (34); a recycle circuit (47) that recycles return oil from a first hydraulic actuator (32) between the second hydraulic actuator (34) and the hydraulic pump (41b); a discharge circuit (46) that discharges the return oil from the first hydraulic actuator (32) into a tank; a recycle amount adjusting apparatus (45) that adjusts the ratio of the flowrate of the return oil flowing through the recycle circuit (47) and the discharge circuit (46); a controller (100) that controls the recycle amount adjusting apparatus (45); a first operation amount detector (53a) that detects an operation amount of a first operation apparatus (51); and a first hydraulic actuator speed calculation unit (111) that calculates the speed of the first hydraulic actuator (32), wherein the controller (100) controls the recycle amount adjusting apparatus on the basis of the operation amount detected by the first operation amount detector (53a) and the speed calculated by the first hydraulic actuator speed calculation unit (111).
(FR) La présente invention permet de réaliser des économies d'énergie par la mise en œuvre d'une commande de recyclage même lorsqu'une anomalie se produit dans un capteur de pression d'un actionneur hydraulique. La présente invention comprend: une pompe hydraulique (41b) qui fournit de l'huile sous pression à un second actionneur hydraulique (34); un circuit de recyclage (47) qui recycle l'huile de retour provenant d'un premier actionneur hydraulique (32) entre le second actionneur hydraulique (34) et la pompe hydraulique (41b); un circuit de décharge (46) qui décharge l'huile de retour provenant du premier actionneur hydraulique (32) dans un réservoir; un appareil de réglage de quantité de recyclage (45) qui règle le rapport du débit de l'huile de retour circulant à travers le circuit de recyclage (47) et le circuit de décharge (46); un dispositif de commande (100) qui commande l'appareil de réglage de quantité de recyclage (45); un premier détecteur de quantité d'actionnement (53a) qui détecte une quantité d'actionnement d'un premier appareil d'actionnement (51); et une première unité de calcul de vitesse d'actionneur hydraulique (111) qui calcule la vitesse du premier actionneur hydraulique (32), le dispositif de commande (100) commandant l'appareil de réglage de quantité de recyclage sur la base de la quantité d'actionnement détectée par le premier détecteur de quantité d'actionnement (53a) et de la vitesse calculée par la première unité de calcul de vitesse d'actionneur hydraulique (111).
