Abstract:
(EN) A gate drive circuit equipped with a turn-on drive component for applying a turn-on voltage to the gate of a semiconductor component to be driven and a turn-off drive component for applying a turn-off voltage to the gate, wherein serially connected sections, each comprising a recovery switch, a reactor, and a capacitor, are disposed between output terminals of the gate drive circuit to form a recovery circuit that can recover stored electric charge in an input capacitance of the semiconductor component to be driven when the semiconductor component is turned on . The turn-on drive component, the turn-off drive component, and the recovery switches are controlled by a control circuit in such a manner that power consumption of the gate drive circuit is reduced .
(FR) L'invention porte sur un circuit d'excitation de grille pourvu d'un composant de commande de déblocage, afin d'appliquer une tension de déblocage à la grille d'un composant à semi-conducteur à exciter, et d'un composant de commande de blocage, afin d'appliquer une tension de blocage à la grille. Des sections connectées en série, comprenant chacune un interrupteur de récupération, une bobine de réactance et un condensateur, sont disposées entre des bornes de sortie du circuit d'excitation de grille pour former un circuit de récupération qui peut récupérer une charge électrique emmagasinée dans une capacité d'entrée du composant à semi-conducteur à exciter lors du déblocage du composant à semi-conducteur. Le composant de commande de déblocage, le composant de commande de blocage et les interrupteurs de récupération sont commandés par un circuit de commande de sorte que la consommation d'énergie du circuit d'excitation de grille est réduite.
(JA) 駆動対象半導体素子のゲートにオン電圧を印加するオン駆動素子と、前記ゲートにオフ電圧を印加するオフ駆動素子とを備えたゲート駆動回路において、前記ゲート駆動回路の出力端子間に、前記駆動対象半導体素子の入力容量に蓄積された電荷をターンオン時に回収し得る回収回路として、回収スイッチとリアクトルとコンデンサとを直列に接続し、前記オン駆動素子と前記オフ駆動素子と前記回収スイッチとを制御回路によって制御して、ゲート駆動回路の消費電力を低減したものである。
