Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a reclaimed material comprising a thermoplastic resin obtained by reclaiming a thermoplastic resin waste material in which multiple types of thermoplastic resins are mixed, wherein the reclaimed material includes 90 parts by weight or more of an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer resin waste material and 0.5 parts by weight or more of a resin modifier with respect to 100 parts by weight of the reclaimed material. The resin modifier contains a thermoplastic elastomer in which the content ratio of styrene-based components is 5-50%. This makes it possible to cheaply and easily reclaim thermoplastic resin waste materials in which multiple types of thermoplastic resins are mixed, the multiple types of thermoplastic resins having acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer resins as primary components.
(FR) L'invention concerne une matière première secondaire comprenant une résine thermoplastique obtenue par récupération d'un matériau de déchets de résine thermoplastique dans lequel plusieurs types de résines thermoplastiques sont mélangés, ladite matière première secondaire comprenant au moins 90 parties en poids d'un matériau de déchet de résine de copolymère acrylonitrile-butadiène-styrène et au moins 0,5 partie en poids d'un modificateur de résine par rapport à 100 parties en poids de la matière première secondaire. Le modificateur de résine contient un élastomère thermoplastique dans lequel le rapport de teneur des constituants à base de styrène est de 5 à 50 %. Il est ainsi possible de récupérer économiquement et facilement des matériaux de déchets de résine thermoplastique dans lesquels plusieurs types de résines thermoplastiques sont mélangés, lesdits types de résines thermoplastiques comportant des résines de copolymère acrylonitrile-butadiène-styrène en tant que constituants principaux.
(JA) 複数種の熱可塑性樹脂が混在する熱可塑性樹脂廃材を再生して得られる熱可塑性樹脂からなる再生材料であって、再生材料100重量部に対して、90重量部以上のアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン共重合体樹脂廃材と、0.5重量部以上の樹脂改質剤とを有する。そして、樹脂改質剤は、スチレン系成分の含有比率が5%以上かつ50%以下からなる熱可塑性エラストマーを含有する。これにより、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン共重合体樹脂を主成分とする複数種の熱可塑性樹脂が混在する熱可塑性樹脂廃材を安価で、容易に再生できる。
