Abstract:
(EN) A conductor joined body (16) is provided with: a first conductor (11) made of metal; and a second conductor (12) joined to the first conductor (11). The second conductor (12) comprises a metal plate having first and second surfaces opposed to each other. The second conductor (12) has a projected part (13) that locally projects from the first surface. A recessed part (14) is provided to the second surface of the second conductor so as to be positioned oppositely to the projected part (13). The projected part (13) of the second conductor has a part that makes contact with, enters, and is resistance-welded with the first conductor (11). The section of the projected part (13) of the second conductor has two peaks (18, 18) that locally project and enter the first conductor.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un corps joint à conducteur (16) qui comprend : un premier conducteur (11) en métal ; et un second conducteur (12) joint au premier conducteur (11). Le second conducteur (12) comporte une plaque métallique ayant une première et une seconde surfaces opposées l'une à l'autre. Le second conducteur (12) présente une partie en saillie (13) qui se projette localement depuis la première surface. Une partie en retrait (14) est disposée sur la seconde surface du second conducteur de façon à être positionnée de façon opposée à la partie en saillie (13). La partie en saillie (13) du second conducteur présente une partie qui entre en contact avec, entre, et est soudée par résistance avec le premier conducteur (11). La section de la partie en saillie (13) du second conducteur présente deux pics (18, 18) qui localement se projettent et entrent dans le premier conducteur.
(JA) 導体接合体(16)は、金属からなる第1の導体(11)と、第1の導体(11)に接合された第2の導体(12)とを備える。第2の導体(12)は、互いに反対側の第1と第2の面を有する金属板からなる。 第2の導体(12)は第1の面から局部的に突出する突起部(13)を有する。第2の導体の第2の面には、突起部(13)の反対側に位置する凹部(14)が設けられている。第2の導体の突起部(13)は、第1の導体(11)に接触して入り込んで抵抗溶接された部分を有する。第2の導体の突起部(13)の部分は、局部的に突出してかつ第1の導体に入り込んでいる2つの頂(18,18)を有する。
