Abstract:
(EN) This beam intensity conversion optical system (3) is provided with a laser light source (4) and a beam intensity conversion lens (5) for converting the light intensity distribution of laser light rays (1) emitted from the laser light source (4) and causing the laser light rays (1) to radiate to an irradiation region (6), the beam intensity conversion lens (5) having a single-lens structure, and the position of a paraxial image plane (7) in the beam intensity conversion lens (5) and the position of the irradiation region (6) being different on an optical axis (8). In a longitudinal spherical aberration characteristic at the paraxial image plane (7) for the beam intensity conversion lens (5), the displacement width of longitudinal spherical aberrations further outside than 70 percent of the image height is 20% or less of the amount of longitudinal spherical aberration at 70 percent of the image height.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un système optique de conversion d'intensité de faisceau (3), qui comporte une source de lumière laser (4) et une lentille de conversion d'intensité de faisceau (5) servant à convertir la répartition d'intensité lumineuse de rayons de lumière laser (1) émis par ladite source de lumière laser (4) et à amener les rayons de lumière laser (1) à se diffuser vers une région d'exposition (6), la lentille de conversion d'intensité de faisceau (5) ayant une structure à lentille unique, et la position d'un plan d'image paraxiale (7) dans ladite lentille de conversion d'intensité de faisceau (5) et la position de la région d'exposition (6) étant différentes sur un axe optique (8). Dans une caractéristique d'aberration sphérique longitudinale dans le plan d'image paraxiale (7) pour la lentille de conversion d'intensité de faisceau (5), la largeur de déplacement d'aberrations sphériques longitudinales qui dépassent 70 % de la hauteur d'image est inférieure ou égale à 20 % de la quantité d'aberration sphérique longitudinale à 70 % de la hauteur d'image.
(JA) 本開示のビーム強度変換光学系(3)は、レーザ光源(4)と、レーザ光源(4)から射出されたレーザ光線(1)の光強度分布を変換し照射領域(6)に照射させるビーム強度変換レンズ(5)とを備え、ビーム強度変換レンズ(5)は単玉構造であり、かつ、ビーム強度変換レンズ(5)における近軸像面(7)の位置と、照射領域(6)の位置が光軸(8)上において異なる。また、ビーム強度変換レンズ(5)は、近軸像面(7)での縦の球面収差特性において、7割像高より外側における縦の球面収差の変位幅が、7割像高における縦の球面収差量の20%以内である。
