Abstract:
(EN) Provided are cleaning compositions that may include (a) a glycine betaine amide, (b) an acidifying agent, (c) polysaccharide thickener, and (d) water. Commonly, the glycine betaine amide may include one or more compounds of formula (I): Me3N+-CH2-C(0)-NH-R X - (I) wherein R is an aliphatic group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms and X" represents an inorganic or organic anion. Commonly, the composition has a pH of no more than about 4, a viscosity of no more than about 1,500 cP at a shear rate of 10 at 25 °C, and/or a viscosity of at least about 250 cP at a shear rate of 50 at 25 °C (where the viscosities are determined with a Brookfield Cone/Plate viscometer). The cleaning composition may exhibit a unique sheer thinning profile, such that the composition thins less after being sprayed onto a surface and thereby provides a longer contact time than conventional products.
(FR) L'invention concerne des compositions de nettoyage qui peuvent comprendre (a) un amide de glycine bétaïne, (b) un agent acidifiant, (c) un épaississant polysaccharidique et d) de l'eau. Généralement, l'amide de glycine bétaïne peut comprendre un ou plusieurs composés de formule (I) : Me3N+-CH2-C(0)-NH-R X - (I) dans laquelle R représente un groupe aliphatique contenant 8 à 22 atomes de carbone et X" représente un anion inorganique ou organique. Généralement, la composition a un pH n'excédant pas environ 4, une viscosité ne n'excédant pas environ 1500 cP avec un taux de cisaillement de 10 à 25 °C, et/ou une viscosité d'au moins environ 250 cP avec un taux de cisaillement de 50 à 25 °C (les viscosités étant déterminées avec un viscosimètre cône/plaque Brookfield). La composition de nettoyage peut présenter un profil de fluidification par cisaillement particulier, tel que la composition se fluidifie moins après pulvérisation sur une surface et assure ainsi une durée de contact plus longue que celle des produits classiques.
