Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an apparatus for removing floating dross, comprising: a dross collection part; a first moving means installed in a plating pot for moving the dross collection part in the width direction of the plating pot; a second moving means installed in the plating pot for moving the dross collection part in the height direction of the plating pot, wherein the first moving means moves the dross collection part between a steel plate entering a melt surface and a steel plate advancing from the melt surface in the longitudinal direction of the plating pot, and the second moving means moves the dross collection part below the melt surface.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil d'élimination d'écume flottante, comprenant : une partie de collecte d'écume ; un premier moyen de déplacement installé dans une cuve de placage pour déplacer la partie de collecte d'écume dans le sens de la largeur de la cuve de placage ; un second moyen de déplacement installé dans la cuve de placage pour déplacer la partie de collecte d'écume dans le sens de la hauteur de la cuve de placage. Le premier moyen de déplacement déplace la partie de collecte d'écume entre une plaque d'acier entrant dans une surface de fusion et une plaque d'acier avançant depuis la surface de fusion dans le sens longitudinal de la cuve de placage, et le second moyen de déplacement déplace la partie de collecte d'écume en dessous de la surface de fusion.
(KO) 본 발명은 드로스 포집부와, 도금포트에 설치되어, 상기 드로스 포집부를 상기 도금포트의 폭 방향으로 이동시키는 제1 이동수단 및 상기 도금포트에 설치되어, 상기 드로스 포집부를 상기 도금포트의 높이 방향으로 이동시키는 제2 이동수단을 포함하고, 상기 제1 이동수단은, 상기 도금포트의 길이 방향으로, 상기 용탕면에 진입하는 강판과 상기 용탕면에서 진출하는 강판 사이에서 상기 드로스 포집부를 이동시키고, 상기 제2 이동수단은 상기 용탕면 아래로 상기 드로스 포집부를 이동시키는 부유드로스 제거장치를 제공한다.
