Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus for processing a terminating operation of a continuous casting machine, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a weight detecting unit for detecting the weight of molten steel in a tundish; a mold for receiving the molten steel discharged from the tundish; a thermocouple for measuring the temperature of a copper plate in the mold due to the inflow of tundish flux into the mold; and an end signal processing unit for detecting a point of time when slag in the mold is carried over, on the basis of the weight of the molten steel in the tundish and the temperature of the copper plate, and then providing an end signal for terminating an operation of a continuous casting machine at the point of time when the slag is carried over.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement d'un arrêt de fonctionnement d'une machine de coulée continue, lequel appareil comprend, selon un mode de réalisation : une unité de détection de poids pour détecter le poids d'acier en fusion dans un panier de coulée; un moule permettant la réception de l'acier en fusion déversé à partir du panier de coulée; un thermocouple pour mesurer la température d'une plaque de cuivre dans le moule sous l'effet de l'entrée de fondant de panier de coulée dans le moule; et une unité de traitement de signal de fin permettant la détection d'un moment où le laitier dans le moule déborde, sur la base du poids de l'acier en fusion dans le panier de coulée et de la température de la plaque de cuivre, puis la fourniture d'un signal final pour l'arrêt du fonctionnement d'une machine de coulée continue au moment où le laitier déborde.
(KO) 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 연속주조기의 종료동작 처리장치는 턴디시 내의 용강의 중량을 검출하는 중량 검출부; 상기 턴디시로부터 배출되는 용강을 수용하는 몰드; 상기 몰드 내로 턴디시 플럭스의 유입으로 인한 상기 몰드 내의 동판온도를 측정하는 열전대; 및 상기 턴디시 내의 용강중량, 상기 동판온도에 기초하여, 상기 몰드 내의 슬래그가 캐리오버(carry-over)되는 시점을 검출한 후, 상기 캐리오버되는 시점에 연속주조기의 동작을 종료하기 위한 종료신호를 제공하는 종료신호 처리부를 포함한다.
