Abstract:
(EN) In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a high-manganese steel brake disk comprising: a first disk member that includes a first disk main body, a plurality of first concave-convex portions arranged on the first disk main body so as to be radially spaced apart from each other, and a first insertion portion formed between the first concave-convex portions adjacent to each other; and a second disk member that includes a second disk main body, a plurality of second concave-convex portions arranged on the second disk main body so as to be radially spaced apart from each other, and a second insertion portion formed between the second concave-convex portions adjacent to each other, wherein the first and second disk members are formed of a high-manganese steel and are fixed to each other in a state in which the first concave-convex portions are inserted in the second insertion portions, and the second concave-convex portions are inserted in the first insertion portions.
(FR) Un aspect de la présente invention concerne un disque de frein en acier à haute teneur en manganèse, lequel disque comprend : un premier élément de disque qui comprend un premier corps principal de disque, une pluralité de premières parties concaves-convexes disposées sur le premier corps principal de disque de façon à être radialement espacées les unes des autres, et une première partie d'insertion formée entre les premières parties concaves-convexes adjacentes; et un second élément de disque qui comprend un second corps principal de disque, une pluralité de secondes parties concaves-convexes disposées sur le second corps principal de disque de façon à être radialement espacées les unes des autres, et une seconde partie d'insertion formée entre les secondes parties concaves-convexes adjacentes, les premier et second éléments de disque étant constitués par un acier à haute teneur en manganèse et étant fixés l'un à l'autre dans un état dans lequel les premières parties concaves-convexes sont insérées dans les secondes parties d'insertion, et les secondes parties concaves-convexes sont insérées dans les premières parties d'insertion.
(KO) 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 일 측면으로서, 본 발명은 제1 디스크본체와, 상기 제1 디스크본체에 방사상으로 이격하여 배치되는 복수의 제1 요철부와, 인접한 제1 요철부의 사이에 형성되는 제1 삽입부를 구비하는 제1 디스크부재;와, 제2 디스크본체와, 상기 제2 디스크본체에 방사상으로 이격하여 배치되는 복수의 제2 요철부와, 인접한 제2 요철부의 사이에 형성되는 제2 삽입부를 구비하는 제2 디스크부재;를 포함하고, 상기 제1 디스크부재와 상기 제2 디스크부재는 고망간강으로 제공되며, 상기 제1 요철부가 상기 제2 삽입부에 삽입되고, 상기 제2 요철부가 상기 제1 삽입부에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 제1 디스크부재와 상기 제2 디스크부재가 고정되는 고망간강 브레이크 디스크를 제공한다.
