(KO) 폐암 모델용 형질전환 동물 및 이의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a lung cancer-inducible transgenic animal and a production method therefor and, more specifically, to: a lung cancer-inducible transgenic animal to which an estrogen antagonist is administered so as to upregulate an EML4-ALK fusion protein; and a production method therefor. Lung cancer can be induced, in the lung cancer-inducible transgenic animal according to the present invention, within a week when an estrogen antagonist is administered only twice, and the induced lung cancer has the same property as that of an EML4-ALK positive lung cancer patient such that conventional various transgenic animals for researching lung cancer can be effectively replaced. In addition, it is expected that the lung cancer-inducible transgenic animal can be applied and used in lung cancer research and in the research of various diseases associated with an EML4-ALK fusion protein.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un animal transgénique à cancer du poumon inductible et un procédé de production s'y rapportant et concerne plus particulièrement : un animal transgénique à cancer du poumon inductible auquel un antagoniste d’œstrogène est administré de manière à réguler à la hausse une protéine de fusion EML4-ALK ; et un procédé de production s'y rapportant. Conformément à la présente invention, il est possible d'induire en une semaine un cancer du poumon chez ledit animal transgénique à cancer du poumon inductible quand un antagoniste d’œstrogène est administré seulement à deux reprises, et ledit cancer du poumon induit présente les mêmes propriétés que celui d'un patient atteint d'un cancer du poumon positif à EML4-ALK, de sorte que les divers animaux transgéniques traditionnels destinés à la recherche sur le cancer du poumon peuvent être efficacement remplacés. En outre, il est prévu que l'animal transgénique à cancer du poumon inductible puisse être mis en œuvre et utilisé en recherche sur le cancer du poumon et en recherche sur diverses maladies associées à une protéine de fusion EML4-ALK.
(KO) 본 발명은 폐암 유발 형질전환 동물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 에스트로겐 길항제을 투여하여 EML4-ALK 융합단백질을 과발현시킨 폐암 유발 형질전환 동물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폐암 유발 형질전환 동물의 경우 에스트로겐 길항제을 단 2회만 투여하면 일주일 안에 폐암을 유도시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 유도된 폐암은 EML4-ALK 양성 폐암 환자와 동일한 성질을 가지기 때문에 기존의 다양한 폐암 연구용 형질전환동물을 효과적으로 대체할 수 있다. 또한, 폐암에 대한 연구뿐만 아니라 EML4-ALK 융합 단백질이 관여하는 다양한 질병의 연구에도 응용하여 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
