Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a wire rod and a steel wire having excellent hydrogen induced cracking resistance, and a manufacturing method therefor. One aspect of the present invention relates to a wire rod having excellent hydrogen induced cracking resistance, the wire rod comprising, by wt%, 0.2-0.4% of C, 1.0-2.0% of Mn, 0.07-0.3% of Si, 0.001-0.003% of B, 0.005-0.03% of Ti, 0.020% or less of P, 0.020% or less of S, and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a tempered martensite layer is formed on the surface thereof, and ferrite and pearlite are formed therein.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un fil machine et un fil d'acier présentant une excellente résistance à la fissuration induite par l'hydrogène, et son leur procédé de fabrication. Un aspect de la présente invention concerne un fil machine présentant une excellente résistance à la fissuration induite par l'hydrogène, le fil machine comprenant, en % en poids, 0,2 à 0,4 % de C, 1,0 à 2,0 % de Mn, 0,07 à 0,3 % de Si, 0,001 à 0,003 % de B, 0,005 à 0,03 % de Ti, 0,020 % ou moins de P, 0,020 % ou moins de S, le reste étant du Fe et les inévitables impuretés, une couche de martensite de revenu étant formée sur la surface de celui-ci, et de la ferrite et de la perlite étant formées à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
(KO) 본 발명은 수소유기균열 저항성이 우수한 선재, 강선 및 이들의 제조방법 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면은 중량%로, C: 0.2~0.4 %, Mn: 1.0~2.0 %, Si: 0.07~0.3 %, B: 0.001~0.003 %, Ti: 0.005~0.03 %, P: 0.020 % 이하, S: 0.020 % 이하, 나머지 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 표면에는 템퍼드 마르텐사이트 층이 형성되어 있고, 내부는 페라이트와 펄라이트로 이루어진 수소유기균열 저항성이 우수한 선재에 관한 것이다.
