Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for etching an electrode, a secondary battery comprising an electrode etched by the method, and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention is capable of effectively etching an electrode by economically increasing the speed of a laser ablation process, of increasing the degree of freedom of the shape of the battery, and of selectively removing an upper layer by concentrating energy, and thereby it is possible to economically provide a high-quality secondary battery.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de gravure d'une électrode, une batterie rechargeable comprenant une électrode gravée par le procédé, et un procédé de fabrication de celle-ci. La présente invention permet de graver efficacement une électrode en accélérant de manière économique la vitesse d'un processus d'ablation laser, d'accroître le degré de liberté de la forme de la batterie, et d'éliminer sélectivement une couche supérieure par concentration d'énergie, ce qui permet de produire de manière économique une batterie rechargeable de grande qualité.
(KO) 본 발명은 전극의 식각 방법, 상기 방법으로 식각된 전극을 포함하는 이차 전지 및 이의 제조 방법에 대한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 레이저 어블레이션 공정의 속도를 경제적으로 증가시켜 전극을 효과적으로 식각시킬 수 있고, 전지 형상의 자유도를 높일 수 있으며 에너지를 집속시켜 선택적으로 상부층을 제거할 수 있어서 고품질의 이차전지를 경제적으로 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
