Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a scaffold having high porosity and high pore interconnectivity by simultaneously using an immersion precipitation method, which is a type of phase transfer method, and a salt leaching method, comprises a step of dissolving a scaffold material in an organic solvent mixed with insoluble salt particles, removing the organic solvent through solvent exchange with a non-solvent, and then removing the salt particles with distilled water. Thereafter, micropores are formed in the place where the organic solvent is removed, macropores are formed in the place where the salt particles are removed, and the micropores and the macropores are connected to each other. Therefore, provided is a scaffold, which has micropores and macropores connected to each other, is porous and has high pore interconnectivity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour préparer un échafaudage ayant une porosité élevée et une haute interconnectivité de pores en utilisant simultanément un procédé de précipitation par immersion, qui est un type de procédé de transfert de phase, et un procédé de lixiviation de sel, comprenant une étape consistant à dissoudre un matériau d'échafaudage dans un solvant organique mélangé avec des particules de sel insolubles, éliminer le solvant organique par échange de solvant avec un non-solvant, puis éliminer les particules de sel à l'aide de l'eau distillée. Ensuite, des micropores sont formés à l'endroit où le solvant organique est éliminé, des macropores sont formés à l'endroit où les particules de sel sont éliminées, et les micropores et les macropores sont reliés les uns aux autres. Par conséquent, l'invention concerne un échafaudage qui a des micropores et des macropores reliés les uns aux autres, est poreux et a une haute interconnectivité de pores.
(KO) 상전이법의 일종인 침지침강법과 염침출법을 동시에 사용하여 높은 다공성과 공극간의 높은 연결도를 갖는 스캐폴드를 제조하는 방법으로, 스캐폴드 재료를 불용성 염 입자가 혼입된 유기용매에 녹인 뒤 비용매로 용매 교환하여 유기용매를 제거하고, 이어 증류수로 염 입자를 제거하는 단계들을 포함한다. 그러면 유기용매가 제거된 자리에 미세공극이 형성되고, 염 입자가 제거된 자리에는 거대공극이 형성되며, 그 미세공극과 거대공극은 서로 연결된다. 따라서 미세공극과 거대공극이 서로 연결된 다공성이면서 공극간 높은 연결도를 갖는 스캐폴더가 제공되는 것이다.
