(JA) 粉末粒子及びこれを用いたグリーン体の製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide: powder particles for forming a green work which has sufficient strength and is homogenous; and a process for producing a green work using the powder particles. [Solution] Powder particles that are composite particles which comprise base particles and thermoplastic-resin particles scatteringly present on the surface of the base particles in an amount within a predetermined range of volume proportions with respect to the base particles and in which the thermoplastic-resin particles are supported by the base particles so that in cases when the thermoplastic-resin particles melt, the resin melt gathers around the contact points between adjoining base particles while leaving spaces in regions other than the regions around the contact points. Use of these powder particles makes it possible to form a green work in which the powder particles have been packed, each powder particle being in the state of having a small amount of the thermoplastic-resin particles adherent thereto. When the green work is placed under conditions where the thermoplastic-resin particles melt, the thermoplastic resin melts and the resin can be gathered around the contact points (adjoining points) between adjoining powder particles. Due to this, the bonding force among powder particles can be effectively improved with an extremely small amount of a thermoplastic resin, and a tenacious green work having no strength unevenness can be obtained.
(FR) L'invention concerne des particules de poudre permettant de former une pièce verte homogène et suffisamment résistante, et un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce verte à l'aide des particules de poudre. Les particules de poudre sont des particules composites qui comprennent des particules de base et des particules de résine thermoplastique dispersées sur la surface des particules de base en une quantité comprise dans une plage prédéterminée de proportions en volume par rapport aux particules de base ; les particules de résine thermoplastique sont supportées par les particules de base de sorte que lorsque les particules de résine thermoplastique fondent, la résine fondue se rassemble autour des points de contact entre les particules de base voisines tout en laissant des espaces dans des zones autres que les zones autour des points de contact. L'utilisation de ces particules de poudre permet de former une pièce verte dans laquelle les particules de poudre ont été intégrées, chaque particule de poudre se trouvant dans l'état de disposer d'une petite quantité des particules de résine thermoplastique y adhérant. Lorsque la pièce verte est placée dans des conditions de fusion des particules de résine thermoplastique, la résine thermoplastique fond et la résine se rassemble autour des points de contact (points voisins) entre les particules de poudre voisines. De ce fait, la force de liaison entre les particules de poudre peut être améliorée de manière efficace avec une quantité extrêmement faible de résine thermoplastique, et il est possible d'obtenir une pièce verte solide n'ayant aucune irrégularité de résistance.
(JA) 【課題】 十分な強度を有する均質なグリーン体を形成するための粉末粒子と、その粉末粒子を用いたグリーン体の製造方法とを提供すること。 【解決手段】 母粒子に対し、予め定めた体積比の範囲で母粒子の表面上に点在し、熱可塑性樹脂粒子が溶融した場合に隣接する母粒子間の接点周縁領域に樹脂溜まり部が形成され、同時に、接点周縁領域以外の領域には空隙が形成されるような態様で担持された複合粒子の粉末粒子を用いてグリーン体を成形すれば、各粉末粒子のそれぞれに熱可塑性樹脂粒子が少量付着した状態でパッキングされたグリーン体を形成することができる。ここで、熱可塑性樹脂粒子が溶融する条件下にグリーン体を設置すれば、熱可塑性樹脂が溶け、隣り合う粉末粒子の接点(近接点)近傍に樹脂を集中させ得る。このため、極少量の熱可塑性樹脂にて粉末粒子間の結着力を効果的に向上させることができ、強度ムラのない強固なグリーン体を得ることができる。
