Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for producing 3-oxoadipic acid by using a metabolic pathway of microorganisms from an aliphatic compound, such as sugar, which microorganisms easily use. The method for producing 3-oxoadipic acid comprises a step for culturing at least one microorganism which has 3-oxoadipic acid producing capability and is selected from the group consisting of the following species of microorganisms: Serratia, Corynebacterium, Hafnia, Bacillus, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Alcaligenes, Shimwellia, Planomicrobium, Nocardioides, Yarrowia, Cupriavidus, Rhodosporidium, Streptomyces, and Microbacterium.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'acide 3-oxoadipique utilisant une voie métabolique de micro-organismes, à partir d'un composé aliphatique, tel qu'un sucre, que les micro-organismes utilisent facilement. Le procédé de production d'acide 3-oxoadipique comprend l'étape consistant à mettre en culture au moins un micro-organisme possédant la capacité de produire de l'acide 3-oxoadipique, et qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué par les espèces suivantes de micro-organismes : Serratia, Corynebacterium, Hafnia, Bacillus, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Alcaligenes, Shimwellia, Planomicrobium, Nocardioides, Yarrowia, Cupriavidus, Rhodosporidium, Streptomyces et Microbacterium.
