Abstract:
(EN) The present invention improves the printing quality of a multipass printing apparatus. Scanning to form dots by irradiating light after photocurable ink droplets have landed on a print medium 101 and curing the ink droplets is performed multiple times with respect to a specified unit region, alternating between the outgoing path direction and the returning path direction. The time from the landing of the ink droplets on the print medium 101 until curing differs between the outgoing path direction and the returning path direction. Among the multiple scans, in the scan in which the surface layer of a unit region is formed, a discharge control section 10 controls the discharge of ink droplets so that the ink droplets do not combine with each other in the surface layer discharged on the print medium 101.
(FR) La présente invention améliore la qualité d’impression d’un appareil d’impression multipasse. Un balayage pour former des points par irradiation de lumière après que des gouttelettes d’encre photodurcissable aient été déposées sur un support d’impression 101 et un durcissement des gouttelettes d’encre sont effectués plusieurs fois pour une région unitaire spécifiée, en alternant entre la direction de trajet de sortie et la direction de trajet de retour. Le temps entre le dépôt des gouttelettes d’encre sur le support d’impression 101 et le durcissement diffère entre la direction de trajet de sortie et la direction de trajet de retour. Parmi les balayages multiples, dans le balayage dans lequel la couche de surface d’une région unitaire est formée, une section de commande de décharge 10 commande la décharge de gouttelettes d’encre de sorte que les gouttelettes d’encre ne se combinent pas les unes avec les autres dans la couche de surface déchargée sur le support d’impression 101.
(JA) マルチパス方式の印刷装置の印刷品位を向上させる。 光硬化型インクのインク滴が印刷媒体101に着弾した後に光を照射してインク滴を硬化させることでドットを形成する走査を、所定の単位領域に対して往路方向と復路方向とで交互に複数回行う。インク滴の印刷媒体101への着弾から硬化までの時間は、往路方向と復路方向とで異なっている。吐出制御部10は、複数回の走査のうち、単位領域の表面層を形成する走査において、印刷媒体101に吐出された表面層における前記インク滴同士が結合しないようにインク滴の吐出を制御する。
