Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an organic EL element having, in order, at least an anode, a hole transport layer, an emissive layer, an electron transport layer, and a cathode, wherein the organic EL element is characterized in that the hole transport layer includes an arylamine compound represented by general formula (1), and the emissive layer includes a dihydroindenoindole derivative represented by general formula (2) or a carbazole derivative represented by general formula (3). This organic EL element is highly efficient and has a low drive voltage and, in particular, a long service life.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique ayant, dans l'ordre, au moins une anode, une couche de transport de trous, une couche d'émission, une couche de transport d'électrons et une cathode, lequel élément électroluminescent organique est caractérisé en ce que la couche de transport de trous contient un composé arylamine représenté par la formule générale (1), et la couche d'émission comprend un dérivé de dihydroindenoindole représenté par la formule générale (2) ou un dérivé de carbazole représenté par la formule générale (3). Cet élément électroluminescent organique est hautement efficace et présente une faible tension d'attaque et, en particulier, une longue durée de vie.
(JA) 本発明によれば、少なくとも陽極、正孔輸送層、発光層、電子輸送層及び陰極をこの順に有する有機EL素子において、前記正孔輸送層が下記一般式(1)で表されるアリールアミン化合物を含有し、前記発光層が下記一般式(2)で表されるジヒドロインデノインドール誘導体または下記一般式(3)で表されるカルバゾール誘導体を含有することを特徴とする有機EL素子が提供される。本発明の有機EL素子は、高効率、低駆動電圧であって、特に長寿命である。
