Abstract:
(EN) The method for collecting lactide according to the present invention uses a vent chamber 3 in which a first screw transport path 11 is extended; utilizes the first screw transport path 11 to introduce a molten resin composition containing a polylactic acid, a depolymerization catalyst, and a carrier resin into the vent chamber 3, which has been retained at a reduced pressure; gasifies lactide contained in the molten resin composition; and collects gasified lactide from the vent chamber. The collection method for lactide is characterized in that a second screw transport path 60 for collecting the carrier resin is provided under the first screw transport path 11 inside the vent chamber 3.
(FR) Le procédé de collecte de lactide selon la présente invention utilise une chambre d'aération 3 dans laquelle un premier trajet de transport hélicoïdal 11 est étendu; utilise le premier trajet de transport hélicoïdal 11 pour introduire une composition de résine fondue contenant un acide polylactique, un catalyseur de dépolymérisation, et une résine de support dans la chambre d'aération 3, qui a été maintenue à pression réduite; gazéifie le lactide contenu dans la composition de résine fondue; et collecte le lactide gazéifié à partir de la chambre d'aération. Le procédé de collecte de lactide est caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième trajet de transport hélicoïdal 60 pour collecter la résine de support est disposé sous le premier trajet de transport hélicoïdal 11 à l'intérieur de la chambre d'aération 3.
(JA) 本発明のラクチド回収方法は、第1のスクリュー搬送路11が延びているベント室3を使用し、第1のスクリュー搬送路11を利用してポリ乳酸と解重合触媒とキャリヤ樹脂とを含む溶融樹脂組成物を、減圧下に保持されたベント室3内に導入し、該溶融樹脂組成物中に含まれるラクチドをガス化し、ガス状ラクチドを該ベント室から回収するラクチドの回収方法において、ベント室3内の第1のスクリュー搬送路11の下側に、キャリヤ樹脂回収用の第2のスクリュー搬送路60を設けたことを特徴とする。
