Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an optical element substrate with which it is possible to increase the efficiency of use of light energy. An uneven structure on one substrate surface for an optical element is provided with a plurality of projections 14. The contour shape of the projections 14 has an arc shape in plan view facing the one surface. The contour shape is formed by a first arc section 14A and second arc section 14B having different center points O1, O2. The first arc section 14A and second arc section 14B bulge in mutually opposite directions.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat d'élément optique à l'aide duquel il est possible d'accroître le rendement d'utilisation de l'énergie lumineuse. Une structure irrégulière sur une surface de substrat destinée à un élément optique est munie d'une pluralité d'aspérités 14. La forme du contour des aspérités 14 présente une forme en arc dans une vue en plan faisant face à la surface en question. La forme du contour est formée par une première section 14A d'arc et une deuxième section 14B d'arc de centres O1, O2 différents. La première section 14A d'arc et la deuxième section 14B d'arc sont renflées dans des sens mutuellement opposés.
