Abstract:
(EN) Provided are the following: a tow prepreg which exhibits excellent draping properties and tackiness, exhibits little stickiness, can be unwound at high speed, and is obtained by impregnating a reinforcing fiber bundle with a matrix resin composition which contains component (A) (an epoxy resin), component (B) (dicyandiamide), component (C) (a curing accelerator) and component (D) (core-shell type rubber particles), in which the content of component (D) relative to component (A) is 20-70 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of component (A), which has a viscosity at 30°C of 3-80 Pa·sec, and which has a minimum viscosity, as obtained when carrying out viscosity measurements by increasing the temperature from room temperature to 130°C at a rate of temperature increase of 2ºC/min, of 0.04-1 Pa·sec; and a composite material-reinforced pressure vessel which is obtained by using the tow prepreg, has few voids in a reinforcing layer, has a high burst pressure, and has an excellent external appearance due to an appropriate degree of resin flow.
(FR) L’invention fournit un préimprégné de câble qui est constitué par imprégantion d’un faisceau de fibres de renforcement au moyen d’une composition de résine d’enrobage, laquelle composition de résine d’enrobage contient un composant (A) (résine époxy), un composant (B) (dicyandiamide), un composant (C) (accélérateur de durcissement) et un composant (D) (particules de caoutchouc de type cœur/coquille), présente une teneur en composant (D) par rapport audit composant (A) comprise entre 20 et 70 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse dudit composant (A), et est dotée d’une viscosité à 30°C comprise entre 3Pa・sec et 80Pa・sec, et d’une viscosité minimale comprise entre 0,04Pa・sec et 1Pa・sec qui est obtenue lors d’une mesure de viscosité par élévation de température de la température ambiante à 130°C à une vitesse d’élévation de température de 2°C/minute. Ce préimprégné de câble se révèle excellent en termes de drapé et de tendance au collant, et permet en outre un déroulement rapide et avec peu d’adhésion. L’invention fournit aussi un récipient sous pression renforcé par un matériau composite qui présente peu de vides et une pression de rupture élevée dans une couche de renforcement obtenue à l’aide de ce préimprégné de câble, et qui de plus présente une excellente apparence du fait d’un flux de résine adapté.
(JA) 成分(A)(エポキシ樹脂)、成分(B)(ジシアンジアミド)、成分(C)(硬化促進剤)、成分(D)(コアシェル型ゴム粒子)を含み、前記成分(A)に対する前記成分(D)の含有量が、前記成分(A)の100質量部に対して20~70質量部であり、30℃における粘度が3Pa・sec~80Pa・secであり、昇温速度2℃/分で室温から130℃まで昇温して粘度測定した際に得られる最低粘度が0.04Pa・sec~1Pa・secであるマトリックス樹脂組成物が強化繊維束に含浸されてなる、ドレープ性、タック性に優れ、かつベタツキが少なく高速での解舒が可能なトウプリプレグ、およびこれを用いて得られる補強層中にボイドが少なく高い破壊圧力を有し、さらに適度な樹脂フローにより優れた外観を有する複合材料補強圧力容器を提供する。
