Abstract:
(EN) This in-mold injection mold device (100) has: a first mold (10) which has a cavity (11a); a second mold (20) which has a core (21); a clamper (40) which clamps a decorative film (30) from both sides while sealing a first surface (31) of the decorative film (30), and which presses the decorative film (30) against a first split surface (13) of the first mold (10); and a suction path (14) for reducing pressure in a sealed space (11b) between the decorative film (30) and the cavity surface (11). The clamper (40) includes one or more clamping members (51, 61) which are elastically supported such that, with the decorative film (30) still in a state clamped from both sides, said clamping members can move toward the cavity (11a) due to the tensile force acting on the decorative film (30) at the time of a suction step.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de moule d'injection dans le moule (10) comprenant : un premier moule (10) qui présente une cavité (11a) ; un second moule (20) qui présente un centre (21) ; un dispositif de serrage (40) qui serre un film décoratif (30) depuis les deux côtés tout en scellant une première surface (31) du film décoratif (30) et qui presse le film décoratif (30) contre une première surface divisée (13) du premier moule (10) ; et un trajet d'aspiration (14) pour réduire la pression dans un espace scellé (11b) entre le film décoratif (30) et la surface de cavité (11). Le dispositif de serrage (40) comprend un ou plusieurs éléments de serrage (51, 61) qui sont supportés de façon élastique de sorte que, tandis que le film décoratif (30) est toujours dans un état serré depuis les deux côtés, lesdits éléments de serrage puissent se déplacer vers la cavité (11a) en raison de la force de traction agissant sur le film décoratif (30) au moment d'une étape d'aspiration.
