Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heating apparatus and heating method that are not susceptible to the occurrence of temperature differences between the surface and interior and that pre-heat stampable sheets in a short time and keep generation of voids to a minimum. Specifically, the present invention provides: a heating apparatus for an object to be heated that comprises a material with a property such that voids are generated therein as a result of heating while the apparent volume thereof expands, the heating apparatus being characterized in having an expansion-limiting member that contacts the object being heated and limits expansion of said object being heated at least until the object being heated arrives at or above the temperature at which the expansion begins (expansion starting temperature); and a heating method.
(FR) L’objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un appareil de chauffage et un procédé de chauffage qui ne sont pas susceptibles de la survenue de différences de température entre la surface et l’intérieur et qui préchauffent des tôles estampables en un temps court et maintiennent la génération de vides à un minimum. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne : un appareil de chauffage pour un objet devant être chauffé qui comprend un matériau ayant une propriété telle que des vides sont générés dans celui-ci en conséquence du chauffage tandis que le volume apparent de celui-ci augmente, l’appareil de chauffage étant caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un élément de limitation de dilatation qui entre en contact avec l’objet étant chauffé et limite la dilatation dudit objet étant chauffé au moins jusqu’à ce que l’objet étant chauffé atteigne ou dépasse la température à laquelle la dilatation commence (température de début de dilatation) ; et un procédé de chauffage.
