Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a step seal, a seal structure, a turbomachine, and a method for producing a step seal with which an excellent leak-preventing effect can be achieved stably and leak loss in a turbomachine can be reduced stably. Disclosed is a step seal (5) that prevents fluid (SL) from leaking from a gap (Gd) between a first structure (51) and a second structure (10) which oppose one another in the radial direction (R) with said gap (Gd) therebetween and which rotate relatively about an axis. The step seal (5) is provided to the first structure (10) with a clearance (m) from a seal fin (6) provided to the second structure (10), and comprises: a step seal body including a step surface (511) that faces toward the upstream side in the flowing direction of the fluid (SL), and an opposing surface (512) that faces toward the second structure (10); and a projection (513) formed between the step surface (511) and the opposing surface (512).
(FR) L'invention concerne un joint étagé, une structure d'étanchéité, une turbomachine et un procédé de production d'un joint étagé, permettant d'obtenir de façon stable un excellent effet de prévention des fuites et de réduire de façon stable une perte par fuite dans une turbomachine. L'invention concerne un joint étagé (5) qui empêche un fluide (SL) de fuir d'un espace (Gd) entre une première structure (51) et une seconde structure (10) qui sont opposées l'une à l'autre dans la direction radiale (R) avec ledit espace (Gd) entre elles et qui tournent relativement autour d'un axe. Le joint étagé (5) est prévu sur la première structure (10) avec un jeu (m) depuis une ailette d'étanchéité (6) prévue sur la seconde structure (10) et comprend : un corps de joint étagé contenant une surface étagée (511) qui fait face vers le côté amont dans la direction d'écoulement du fluide (SL) et une surface opposée (512) qui fait face vers la seconde structure (10) ; et une saillie (513) formée entre la surface étagée (511) et la surface opposée (512).
