Abstract:
(EN) An injection molding die 1 is a die for a resin molding 20 that has an inner surface rib 27 and an inner surface recess 28 provided at the base end. The die 1 is provided with an outer mold 2 and a core 3. The core 3 comprises a main body-forming section 6a for forming the inner form of the resin molding, an outer surface recess 7 for forming the inner surface rib 27, and an outer surface rib 8 for forming the inner surface recess 28. The angle of inclination β between a base end direction extension line S of the outer surface of the main body-forming section and the base end portion of the outer surface rib 8 is greater than the angle of inclination α between said base end direction extension line S and the distal end portion of the outer surface recess 7, and the height H of the outer surface rib 8 is greater than the depth D of the outer surface recess 7.
(FR) L'invention concerne une matrice de moulage par injection (1), qui est une matrice pour un moulage de résine (20) qui présente une nervure de surface interne (27) et un évidement de surface interne (28) prévus au niveau de l'extrémité de base. La matrice (1) comprend un moule externe (2) et un noyau (3). Le noyau (3) comprend une section de formation de corps principal (6a) pour former la forme interne du moulage de résine, un évidement de surface externe (7) pour former la nervure de surface interne (27) et une nervure de surface externe (8) pour former l'évidement de surface interne (28). L'angle d'inclinaison (β) entre une ligne d'extension en direction de l'extrémité de base (S) de la surface externe de la section de formation de corps principal et la partie d'extrémité de base de la nervure de surface externe (8) est supérieur à l'angle d'inclinaison (α) entre ladite ligne d'extension en direction de l'extrémité de base (S) et la partie d'extrémité distale de l'évidement de surface externe (7), et la hauteur H de la nervure de surface externe (8) est supérieure à la profondeur (D) de l'évidement de surface externe (7).
(JA) 射出成形用金型1は、基端部に設けられた内面リブ27、内面凹部28を有する樹脂成形体20のための金型である。金型1は、外側金型2、コア3を備える。コア3は、樹脂成形体の内側形状を形成するための本体部形成部6a、内面リブ27を形成する外面凹部7と、内面凹部28を形成する外面リブ8を有する。本体部形成部の外面の基端方向延長線Sと外面リブ8の基端側部分間の傾斜角度βは、上記基端方向延長線Sと外面凹部7の先端側部分間の傾斜角度αより大きく、外面リブ8の高さHは、外面凹部7の深さDより大きいものとなっている。
