Abstract:
(EN) This biological treatment device (10) comprises: a biological treatment water tank (11) in which an organic substance included in water to be treated (W1) is treated; a membrane separation device (13) including a casing, and a tubular filter membrane that has a single-layer structure made by copolymerizing hydrophilic monomers and that partitions the casing into a concentrated-side space to which outflow water (W2) flowing out from the biological treatment water tank (11) is supplied and a permeation-side space in which permeated water separated from the outflow water is housed; a pressurizing pump (21) that pressurizes the outflow water (W2) and supplies the same to the concentrated-side space; a suction pump (22) that sucks the permeated water from the permeation-side space; a pressure gauge (23) that measures the pressure of the permeation-side space; a return line (19) that returns concentrated water (W3) to the biological treatment water tank (11); and a control device (12) that controls the amount of said outflow water (W2) supplied by the pressurizing pump (21) on the basis of the measurement value of the pressure gauge (23).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement biologique (10) comprenant : un réservoir d'eau de traitement biologique (11) dans lequel une substance organique comprise dans l'eau à traiter (W1) est traitée; un dispositif de séparation à membrane (13) comprenant un boîtier et une membrane filtrante tubulaire qui présente une structure monocouche constituée par copolymérisation de monomères hydrophiles et qui sépare le boîtier en un espace côté concentré, vers lequel l'eau de sortie (W2) s'écoulant hors du réservoir d'eau de traitement biologique (11) est fournie et un espace côté perméation dans lequel l'eau imprégnée séparée de l'eau de sortie est logée; une pompe de mise sous pression (21) qui met sous pression l'eau de sortie (W2) et la fournit à l'espace côté concentré; une pompe d'aspiration (22) qui aspire l'eau imprégnée de l'espace côté perméation; un manomètre (23) qui mesure la pression de l'espace côté perméation; une ligne de retour (19) qui renvoie l'eau concentrée (W3) vers le réservoir d'eau de traitement biologique (11); et un dispositif de commande (12) qui commande la quantité de ladite eau de sortie (W2) fournie par la pompe de mise sous pression (21) sur la base de la valeur de mesure du manomètre (23).
