Abstract:
(EN) A seal structure 30 of a steam turbine 1 which seals leak steam flowing through a gap between a rotor 12 and a casing 10 is provided with: a plurality of sealing fins 42 which are provided projecting toward the rotor 12 from a ring main body 41 secured to the casing 10, and which are arranged in the axial direction of the rotor 12; and steps 33 which are provided on the rotor 12 and in which stepped portions 53 are formed from a plurality of step surfaces 51 which oppose the plurality of sealing fins 42, and riser surfaces 52 formed between adjacent step surfaces 51; wherein, relative to the radial direction of the rotor 12, the plurality of sealing fins 42 are inclined, from the ring main body 41 side thereof toward a distal end portion thereof, to the upstream side in the direction in which the leak steam flows, and corner portions formed between each sealing fin 42 and the ring main body 41 are curved surfaces.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de joint d'étanchéité (30) d'une turbine à vapeur (1), laquelle structure scelle hermétiquement de la vapeur de fuite s'écoulant à travers une fente entre un rotor (12) et un carter (10), et laquelle structure comporte : une pluralité d'ailettes d'étanchéité (42) qui sont disposées de façon à faire saillie vers le rotor (12) à partir d'un corps principal de bague (41) fixé au carter (10), et qui sont disposées dans la direction axiale du rotor (12); et des épaulements (33) qui sont disposés sur le rotor (12) et dans lesquels des parties étagées (53) sont constituées par une pluralité de surfaces étagées (51) qui sont opposées à la pluralité d'ailettes d'étanchéité (42), et des surfaces montantes (52) formées entre des surfaces étagées adjacentes (51); par rapport à la direction radiale du rotor (12), la pluralité d'ailettes d'étanchéité (42) sont inclinées à partir du côté corps principal de bague (41) vers une partie d'extrémité distale de ce dernier, du côté amont dans la direction dans laquelle s'écoule la vapeur de fuite, et des parties de coin formées entre chaque ailette d'étanchéité (42) et le corps principal de bague (41) étant des surfaces incurvées.
(JA) ロータ12とケーシング10との隙間に流れるリーク蒸気をシールする蒸気タービン1のシール構造30において、ケーシング10に固定されるリング本体41からロータ12側に向かって突出して設けられると共に、ロータ12の軸方向に配置される複数のシールフィン42と、ロータ12に設けられ、複数のシールフィン42に対向する複数のステップ面51と、隣接するステップ面51同士の間に形成される蹴込面52とにより、段差部53が形成されるステップ33と、を備え、複数のシールフィン42は、ロータ12の径方向に対して、リング本体41側から先端部に向かって、リーク蒸気の流通方向の上流側に傾斜しており、各シールフィン42とリング本体41とにより形成されるコーナー部は、曲面となっている。
