Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: grease for elevator ropes which has both high traction properties and high wear resistance, and further has adhesion to rope surfaces; and an elevator rope and a traction elevator which use the grease for elevator ropes. This grease for elevator ropes is configured from a grease layer of an elevator rope that includes a wire rope and the grease layer formed on the surface of the wire rope. The grease for elevator ropes is characterized by comprising grease that includes a base oil containing a hydrocarbon component and a naphthene compound, the hydrocarbon component being liquid or solid with a kinetic viscosity at 40°C of greater than 60 mm2/s and being contained in an amount of 30 to 90% by mass of the grease.
(FR) L'invention concerne une graisse pour câbles d'ascenseur, qui présente à la fois de propriétés de traction et une résistance à l'usure élevées, ainsi qu'une adhérence aux surfaces des câbles. Elle concerne un câble d'ascenseur et un ascenseur à traction qui utilisent la graisse pour câbles d'ascenseur. Cette graisse pour câbles d'ascenseur provient d'une couche de graisse d'un câble d'ascenseur qui comprend un câble d'acier et la couche de graisse formée sur la surface du câble d'acier. La graisse pour câbles d'ascenseur est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend de la graisse qui comporte une huile de base contenant un constituant hydrocarbure et un constituant naphtène, le constituant hydrocarbure étant liquide ou solide avec une viscosité cinétique à 40°C supérieure à 60 mm2/s et représentant en proportion 30 à 90% en masse de la graisse.
(JA) 高いトラクション特性と高い耐摩耗性を両立し、更にロープ表面への密着性を有するエレベーターロープ用グリースと、該エレベーターロープ用グリースを用いたエレベーターロープおよびトラクション式エレベーターを提供する。 本発明に係るエレベーターロープ用グリースは、ワイヤーロープと、前記ワイヤーロープの表面に形成されたグリース層と、を有するエレベーターロープの前記グリース層を構成するエレベーターロープ用グリースにおいて、炭化水素成分及びナフテン化合物を含む基油を含むグリースからなり、前記炭化水素成分は、40℃での動粘度が60mm/sより大きい液体または固体であり、前記グリースの30~90質量%含まれることを特徴とする。
