Abstract:
(EN) The vehicular interior material (1) is equipped with: a molded base material (10); and resin reinforcement ribs (50) that are formed integrally with parts of the back surface (10b) of the base material (10). The base material (10) is base material (10A) made of a collection of fibers (F1) and/or base material (10B) made of a foamed resin. The reinforcement ribs (50) extend in a wave-like shape along the back surface (10b) of the base material (10). When Wr is defined as the width of the wave-like shape of the reinforcement rib (50) along the back surface (10b) of the base material (10), and Tr is defined as a thickness of the reinforcement rib (50) along the back surface (10b) of the base material (10), Wr/Tr ≥ 2 is acceptable.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau (1) pour intérieur de véhicule comportant : un matériau de base moulé (10); et des nervures de renforcement en résine (50) qui sont formées d'une seule pièce avec des parties de la surface arrière (10b) du matériau de base (10). Le matériau de base (10) est un matériau de base (10A) constitué à partir d'un ensemble de fibres (F1) et/ou d'un matériau de base (10B) en résine expansée. Les nervures de renforcement (50) s'étendent sous une forme ondulée le long de la surface arrière (10b) du matériau de base (10). Quand Wr est défini comme étant la largeur de la forme ondulée de la nervure de renforcement (50) le long de la surface arrière (10b) du matériau de base (10), et Tr est défini comme étant l'épaisseur de la nervure de renforcement (50) le long de la surface arrière (10b) du matériau de base (10), Wr/Tr ≥ 2 est acceptable.
(JA) 車両用内装材(1)は、成形された基材(10)と、該基材(10)の裏面(10b)の一部に一体的に成形された樹脂製の補強リブ(50)と、を備える。基材(10)は、繊維(F1)が集合した基材(10A)と発泡樹脂製の基材(10B)の少なくとも一方である。補強リブ(50)は、基材(10)の裏面(10b)に沿って波形状に延びている。基材(10)の裏面(10b)に沿った補強リブ(50)の波形状の幅をWrとし、基材(10)の裏面(10b)に沿った補強リブ(50)の厚みをTrとするとき、Wr/Tr≧2でもよい。
