Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are: an adhesive composition including a crosslinked silicone component, the gel fraction (ratio of insoluble content when immersed for 1 day in toluene at normal temperature) of the adhesive composition being 45% to less than 70%, and the degree of swelling thereof with respect to toluene (ratio of swelling due to toluene absorption when immersed for 1 day) being 290% or less; and an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer comprising the adhesive composition. The adhesive composition and the adhesive tape have excellent part fixing force and can be peeled without adhesive transfer even when used in a high-temperature environment, and have minimal change in bonding strength despite repeated bonding and peeling.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une composition adhésive comprenant un constituant réticulé de silicone, la fraction de gel (rapport de la teneur insoluble après immersion pendant 1 jour dans le toluène à température normale) de la composition adhésive étant de 45 % à moins de 70 % et le degré de gonflement correspondant par rapport au toluène (rapport de gonflement dû à l'absorption de toluène après immersion pendant 1 jour) étant de 290 % ou moins ; et un ruban adhésif présentant une couche adhésive comprenant la composition adhésive. La composition adhésive et le ruban adhésif présentent une excellente force de fixation d'une pièce et peuvent être pelés sans transfert d'adhésif, même lorsqu'ils sont utilisés dans un environnement à haute température, et présentent un changement minimal de la résistance de collage malgré une collage et un pelage répétés.
(JA) 架橋シリコーン成分を含み、ゲル分率(トルエンに常温で1日間浸漬したときの不溶解分の比率)が45%以上70%未満であり、トルエンに対する膨潤度(1日間浸漬したときのトルエン吸収による膨潤比率)が290%以下である粘着剤組成物;及び、この粘着剤組成物からなる粘着剤層を有する粘着テープが開示される。この粘着剤組成物及び粘着テープは部品の固定力に優れ、高温環境下で使用しても糊残りせず剥離でき、かつ接着-剥離を繰返しても接着力の変化が少ない。
