Abstract:
(EN) A wavelength converter 1 of the present invention is provided with a plurality of phosphor particles 10, and a binder layer 20 which comprises a nanoparticle-bound body including a plurality of nanoparticles with an average particle size D50 of not less than 1 nm and less than 100 nm bound to each other, and which binds adjacent phosphor particles 10. Preferably, the average particle size D50 of the nanoparticles is not less than 10 NM and less than 100 NM. The phosphor particles 10 preferably include a phosphor particle with a brightness maintenance ratio of not more than 80%, which ratio is obtained by dividing the brightness of the phosphor particle after calcination in the atmosphere at 1200°C or above by the brightness of the phosphor particle before calcination in the atmosphere at 1200°C or above.
(FR) L'invention concerne un convertisseur de longueur d'onde (1) qui comprend une pluralité de particules de phosphore (10) et une couche de liaison (20) qui comprend un corps lié à des nanoparticules comprenant une pluralité de nanoparticules ayant une taille de particule moyenne D50 supérieure ou égale à 1 nm et inférieure à 100 nm liées entre elles et qui lie des particules de phosphore (10) adjacente. De préférence, la taille de particule moyenne D50 des nanoparticules est égale ou supérieure à 10 nm et inférieure à 100 nm. Les particules de phosphore (10) comprennent de préférence une particule de phosphore ayant un taux de maintien de luminosité inférieur ou égal à 80 %, lequel taux est obtenu en divisant la luminosité de la particule de phosphore après calcination dans l'atmosphère à 1 200 °C ou plus par la luminosité de la particule de phosphore avant calcination dans l'atmosphère à 1 200 °C ou plus.
(JA) 本発明の波長変換体1は、複数個の蛍光体粒子10と、平均粒径D50が1nm以上100nm未満のナノ粒子が複数個固着したナノ粒子固着体からなり隣接する蛍光体粒子10同士を固着させるバインダ層20と、を備える。ナノ粒子は、平均粒径D50が10NM以上100NM未満であることが好ましい。蛍光体粒子10は、大気中1200℃以上での蛍光体粒子の焼成後の輝度を大気中1200℃以上での蛍光体粒子の焼成前の輝度で除して得られる輝度維持率が80%以下の蛍光体粒子を含むことが好ましい。
