Abstract:
(EN) In this solid-state imaging device (10), each of a plurality of pixels (100) is provided with: a light-receiving circuit (101) which has a light-receiving element (105) for performing photoelectric conversion, sets a photoelectric time for performing photoelectric conversion by an exposure signal in the light-receiving element (105), and outputs a light-receiving signal depending on the presence or absence of incident light that has reached the pixels (100) within the photoelectric time; a counter circuit (102) for counting the number of arrival times of incident light as a count value on the basis of the light-receiving signal inputted from the light-receiving circuit (101); a comparison circuit (103) for setting a value depending on the count value as a threshold value, and turning ON a comparison signal if the count value is large with respect to the threshold value; and a storage circuit (104) in which the comparison signal and a time signal are inputted, and which is for storing the time signal as a distance signal when the comparison signal is ON.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie à état solide (10) dans lequel chaque pixel d'une pluralité de pixels (100) comporte : un circuit photorécepteur (101) qui possède un élément photorécepteur (105) pour effectuer une conversion photoélectrique, définit une durée photoélectrique pour effectuer une conversion photoélectrique par un signal d'exposition dans l'élément de réception de lumière (105), et émet un signal de réception de lumière en fonction de la présence ou de l'absence de lumière incidente qui a atteint les pixels (100) pendant la durée photoélectrique ; un circuit de comptage (102) pour compter le nombre d'arrivées de lumière incidente en tant que valeur de comptage sur la base du signal de réception de lumière entré par le circuit de réception de lumière (101) ; un circuit de comparaison (103) pour définir une valeur en fonction de la valeur de comptage en tant que valeur seuil, et pour activer un signal de comparaison si la valeur de comptage est grande par rapport à la valeur seuil ; et un circuit de mémoire (104) dans lequel sont entrés le signal de comparaison et un signal de temps, et qui est destiné à mémoriser le signal temporel en tant que signal de distance lorsque le signal de comparaison est activé.
