Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a liquid curtain dust removal device and flue gas desulfurization device having superior dust removal performance at a low cost. A liquid curtain dust removal device is provided with: a gas colliding means (26) that is disposed facing a gas flow; and a liquid curtain forming means (40) that is provided with a liquid dispersion means (43), which is disposed in the vicinity of the center of the gas colliding means (26) and facing the gas colliding means (26) on the upstream side in the direction of the flow of the gas flow with respect to the gas colliding means (26) and which has a dispersion part (43a), and a liquid discharge means (41), which has a discharge opening (42) facing the dispersion part (43a) and which discharges liquid from the discharge opening (42), and that forms a liquid curtain in the flow path for the gas flow formed between the gas colliding means (26) and a gas discharge pipe (10). The gas dispersion part (43a) has a smooth surface, and the liquid discharged to the dispersion part (43a) from the discharge opening (42) is made to flow and disperse on the dispersion part (43a). The liquid curtain faces the gas flow flowing in the flow path. The liquid curtain dust removal device eliminates the dust in the gas flow by taking it up in the liquid curtain.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de dépoussiérage à rideau de liquide et un dispositif de désulfuration de gaz de carneau ayant une meilleure performance de dépoussiérage à un faible coût. Un dispositif de dépoussiérage à rideau de liquide comprend : un moyen de collision de gaz (26) qui est disposé en face d'un flux de gaz ; et un moyen de formation de rideau de liquide (40) qui comporte un moyen de dispersion de liquide (43), qui est disposé au voisinage du centre du moyen de collision de gaz (26) et en face du moyen de collision de gaz (26) sur le côté amont dans la direction de l'écoulement du flux de gaz par rapport au moyen de collision de gaz (26) et qui a une partie de dispersion (43a), et un moyen d'évacuation de liquide (41) qui a une ouverture d'évacuation (42) en face de la partie de dispersion (43a) et qui évacue un liquide de l'ouverture d'évacuation (42), et qui forme un rideau de liquide dans le trajet d'écoulement pour le flux de gaz formé entre le moyen de collision de gaz (26) et un tuyau d'évacuation de gaz (10). La partie de dispersion de gaz (43a) a une surface lisse, et le liquide évacué vers la partie de dispersion (43a) depuis l'ouverture d'évacuation (42) est amené à circuler et se disperser sur la partie de dispersion (43a). Le rideau de liquide fait face au flux de gaz s'écoulant dans le trajet d'écoulement. Le dispositif de dépoussiérage à rideau de liquide élimine la poussière dans le flux de gaz en la ramassant dans le rideau de liquide.
