Abstract:
(EN) A flue gas desulfurization apparatus is provided with: an absorption liquid chamber (5) for storing an absorption liquid (L1) into which flue gas containing sulfur oxides is blown; a desulfurized smoke inflow chamber (7) into which desulfurized smoke flows; a gas circulating pipe (10) whereby the absorption liquid chamber (5) communicates with the desulfurized smoke inflow chamber (7), and through which the desulfurized smoke passes; a washing liquid supply pipe (19) for supplying a washing liquid (L2) to the desulfurized smoke inflow chamber (7); and one or more washing liquid discharge pipes (13) for discharging, from the desulfurized smoke inflow chamber (7), the washing liquid (L2) supplied to the desulfurized smoke inflow chamber (7). The bottom surface of the desulfurized smoke inflow chamber (7) comprises a plurality of projections (3b), and a projection formation region (3a) on which the plurality of projections (3b) are formed. The projections (3b) have at least one inclined surface. The projection formation region (3a) is positioned in the bottom surface of the desulfurized smoke inflow chamber (7) below the periphery of the bottom surface. The washing liquid discharge pipes (13) are disposed between adjacent projections (3b).
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de désulfuration de gaz de carneau qui comprend : une chambre de liquide d'absorption (5) pour stocker un liquide d'absorption (L1) dans lequel un gaz de carneau contenant des oxydes de soufre est soufflé ; une chambre d'entrée de fumée désulfurée (7) dans laquelle la fumée désulfurée circule ; un tuyau de circulation de gaz (10), par lequel la chambre de liquide d'absorption (5) communique avec la chambre d'entrée de fumée désulfurée (7), et à travers lequel passe la fumée désulfurée ; un tuyau d'alimentation en liquide de lavage (19) pour fournir un liquide de lavage (L2) à la chambre d'entrée de fumée désulfurée (7) ; et un ou plusieurs tuyaux d'évacuation de liquide de lavage (13) pour évacuer, de la chambre d'entrée de fumée désulfurée (7), le liquide de lavage (L2) fourni à la chambre d'entrée de fumée désulfurée (7). La surface inférieure de la chambre d'entrée de fumée désulfurée (7) comprend une pluralité de saillies (3b), et une région de formation de saillie (3a) sur laquelle la pluralité de saillies (3b) sont formées. Les saillies (3b) comportent au moins une surface inclinée. La région de formation de saillie (3a) est positionnée dans la surface inférieure de la chambre d'entrée de fumée désulfurée (7) sous la périphérie de la surface inférieure. Les tuyaux d'évacuation de liquide de lavage (13) sont disposés entre des saillies adjacentes (3b).
