Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a surge protection element such that sublimation disappearance of a discharge assisting portion can be suppressed, and durability can be improved. [SOLUTION] The invention comprises: an insulating tube 2; a pair of sealing electrodes obstructing the openings at both extremities of the insulating tube to seal therein a discharge control gas; and a discharge assisting portion 4 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the insulating tube. The pair of sealing electrodes has a pair of protruding electrode portions protruding in the inner direction and facing one another. The discharge assist portion constitutes : a layer stack comprising an insulating layer 8 formed from an insulating material; and ion source layers 9 respectively above and below the insulating layer, and formed from an ion source material.
(FR) [Problème] L'invention a pour objet de réaliser un élément de protection contre les surtensions de telle façon que la disparition par sublimation d'une partie favorisant la décharge puisse être limitée, et que la durabilité puisse être améliorée. [Solution] L'invention comporte: un tube isolant 2; une paire d'électrodes de confinement obturant les ouvertures aux deux extrémités du tube isolant pour y confiner un gaz de régulation de décharge; et une partie 4 favorisant la décharge formée sur la surface périphérique intérieure du tube isolant. La paire d'électrodes de confinement comprend une paire de parties d'électrodes saillantes qui font saillie dans la direction intérieure et se font face. La partie favorisant la décharge constitue: une pile de couches comportant une couche isolante 8 formée d'un matériau isolant; et des couches 9 sources d'ions respectivement au-dessus et au-dessous de la couche isolante, et formé d'un matériau source d'ions.
