Abstract:
(EN) A restraint mechanism (10) for limiting the movement of the flexible external gear (4) of a flat strain wave gearing device (1) in the axial direction (1a) has a first restraining member (11) installed in a floating state in a first recess (21) and a second restraining member (12) installed in a floating state in a second recess (22). The restraint mechanism is able to limit the movement of the flexible external gear (4) in the axial direction to a range in which there are no difficulties during actual use. Moreover, compared with when movement of the flexible external gear is limited using members that are disposed at fixed positions, it is possible to reduce the sliding abrasion that occurs between the flexible external gear (4) and the first and second restraining members (11, 12).
(FR) Un mécanisme de retenue (10) permettant de limiter le mouvement de l'engrenage extérieur flexible (4) d'un dispositif d'engrenages à ondes de déformation plat (1) dans la direction axiale (1a) comporte un premier élément de retenue (11) installé dans un état flottant dans un premier évidement (21) et un second élément de retenue (12) installé dans un état flottant dans un second évidement (22). Le mécanisme de retenue est apte à limiter le mouvement de l'engrenage extérieur flexible (4) dans la direction axiale à une plage dans laquelle il n'y a pas de difficultés lors de l'utilisation réelle. En outre, par rapport à lorsque le mouvement de l'engrenage extérieur flexible est limité au moyen d'éléments qui sont disposés à des positions fixes, il est possible de réduire l'abrasion par glissement qui se produit entre l'engrenage extérieur flexible (4) et les premier et second éléments de retenue (11, 12).
(JA)  フラット型波動歯車装置(1)の可撓性外歯車(4)の軸線方向(1a)の移動を規制するための押さえ機構(10)は、第1凹部(21)にフローティング状態で装着した第1押さえ部材(11)と、第2凹部(22)にフローティング状態で装着した第2押さえ部材(12)とを有している。可撓性外歯車(4)の軸線方向の動きを実用上支障の無い範囲内に規制できる。また、定まった位置に配置されている部材を用いて可撓性外歯車の移動を規制する場合に比べて、可撓性外歯車(4)と第1、第2押さえ部材(11、12)との間に生じる摺動摩耗を低減できる。
